Hiring Jillian as our day-of coordinator was one of the best wedding decisions we made. We cannot praise her enough. She’s so smart and resourceful, and her wisdom and expertise were so incredibly helpful in the couple months leading up to our wedding and on the wedding day itself. She knew exactly what questions to ask other vendors and what details needed to be decided and when. On the wedding day itself, she did SO much, from setting up our décor before the wedding, to making sure that we stayed on schedule throughout the day, to gathering and organizing all of our stuff at the end of the reception. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her—while wedding planning is always going to be stressful, Jillian took a mountain of stress off of our shoulders, and we are so appreciative of her. Jillian is also a delightful person and she was wonderful to work with. We’re so happy and grateful to have worked with her!

Hiring Jillian was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. She was wonderful to work with - I'm honestly sad that our time working together went by so fast! I had so much fun getting to know her, she truly feels like a friend.

She made the last two months leading up to the wedding and the day-of stress free. She thought of so many things I hadn't that would have been definitely become a last minute issue - like ceremony sound and striking decor! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Colorado.

We also used Jillian's Creative company to create the table numbers, bar signs and other signage for our event. They were all stunning and there was such ease in having her bring these along to our venue

There is no way that we would've had such a seamless wedding day if it wasn't for Jillian. She was on top of everything from pre-wedding day emails with vendors (she would respond to emails before we even got a chance to read them, she's that good!) to setup and communication the day of. We got married at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, which presents some logistical challenges in and of itself, and Jillian and her team handled them beautifully. We would highly, highly recommend Jillian and her planning services if you're looking for an efficient, stress-free and memorable wedding day!

Jillian Jensen events is an absolute must if you’re planning a wedding in Colorado! Her and her entire team were absolutely incredible and professional. I could probably talk for days and days about how amazing Jillian was during our wedding planning process, basically, if I didn’t marry my now husband, I would probably marry Jillian. She is AMAZING! She took everything off our plates the last few months leading up to the wedding. Not only that, she was always accessible over email before our contract even started to bounce ideas off of. I’m pretty type A and have worked in events in the past, so I really needed someone who could beat me to the punch and someone who had an answer for EVERYTHING, that was/is Jillian. She is a wizard at logistics and timelines and made the last few weeks of our lives leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. Our band also cancelled 2 weeks before (basically any bride’s worst nightmare), and Jillian just went to work. She sourced bands, quotes, talked to everyone and anyone, to make sure we didn’t panic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her work ethic and her as a person. Do yourself a favor and HIRE HER FOR YOUR WEDDING.

We hired Jillian for our July wedding in Keystone. She was absolutely amazing, and essential to our wedding’s success!!! She made the whole month before the wedding so much less stressful. From the moment we met Jillian, my husband and I knew we wanted/needed her to help us coordinate our wedding. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I cannot express enough how amazing Jillian is at what she does. Jillian is the absolute best!! I was definitely not on top of my wedding planning but luckily, Jillian was! She is super organized, professional, and to top it all off, she is the sweetest person! My fiance and I went back and forth on whether or not to get a day of coordinator (girl on budget over here) but she was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.
