  Best money we spent!

  Hiring Jillian was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. She was wonderful to work with - I'm honestly sad that our time working together went by so fast! I had so much fun getting to know her, she truly feels like a friend.
  
  She made the last two months leading up to the wedding and the day-of stress free. She thought of so many things I hadn't that would have been definitely become a last minute issue - like ceremony sound and striking decor! I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Colorado.

  We had a seamless wedding day thanks to Jillian!

  There is no way that we would've had such a seamless wedding day if it wasn't for Jillian. She was on top of everything from pre-wedding day emails with vendors (she would respond to emails before we even got a chance to read them, she's that good!) to setup and communication the day of. We got married at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, which presents some logistical challenges in and of itself, and Jillian and her team handled them beautifully. We would highly, highly recommend Jillian and her planning services if you're looking for an efficient, stress-free and memorable wedding day!

  Jillian is amazing!

  The kindest, most organized and hardworking woman out there. So grateful we found Jillian to help us navigate planning a wedding, postponing due to C19, and rescheduling. In the words of my father in law, Jillian has such poise in the face of decision-making and the perfect skill of managing small and large details. We all enjoyed working with her for both events. There is no adequate way to say that "we could not have managed this successful celebration without you." We also used Jillian's Creative company to create the table numbers, bar signs and other signage for our event. They were all stunning and there was such ease in having her bring these along to our venue

  The best hire ever

  Jillian Jensen events is an absolute must if you’re planning a wedding in Colorado! Her and her entire team were absolutely incredible and professional. They went above and beyond every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough for helping our big day go perfectly! It was our absolute dream wedding and it wouldn’t have happened without all her help. Jillian even helped us work with all of our vendors to postpone our wedding with no extra charge. She did way more work than what we paid her for providing the ultimate value when everything else is so overpriced for weddings. Jillian was an absolute dream to work with and I am inspired by her organization, attention to detail, and level head. I am a tough bride and she handled me with grace and patience always. The best decision you can make for your wedding day!!!!

  Jillian was a ROCKSTAR!

  We cannot recommend Jillian enough! She helped us plan a destination wedding in Colorado and the entire process was great! She was so professional, so organized, and so helpful. Jillian was very responsive- she went above and beyond. We highly recommend Jillian and her team!

  Jillian is the best thing that happened to us and our wedding. Period.

  I could probably talk for days and days about how amazing Jillian was during our wedding planning process, basically, if I didn’t marry my now husband, I would probably marry Jillian. She is AMAZING! She took everything off our plates the last few months leading up to the wedding. Not only that, she was always accessible over email before our contract even started to bounce ideas off of. I’m pretty type A and have worked in events in the past, so I really needed someone who could beat me to the punch and someone who had an answer for EVERYTHING, that was/is Jillian. She is a wizard at logistics and timelines and made the last few weeks of our lives leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. Our band also cancelled 2 weeks before (basically any bride’s worst nightmare), and Jillian just went to work. She sourced bands, quotes, talked to everyone and anyone, to make sure we didn’t panic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her work ethic and her as a person. Do yourself a favor and HIRE HER FOR YOUR WEDDING.

  Jillian is a DREAM!

  Jillian is the absolute best!! I was definitely not on top of my wedding planning but luckily, Jillian was! She is super organized, professional, and to top it all off, she is the sweetest person! My fiance and I went back and forth on whether or not to get a day of coordinator (girl on budget over here) but she was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Jillian made the day so easy and enjoyable! Even our guests kept commenting on how great she was!!

  Jillian is the best!

  We hired Jillian for our July wedding in Keystone. She was absolutely amazing, and essential to our wedding’s success!!! She made the whole month before the wedding so much less stressful. Handling timelines, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything was ready for the actual day. She made the actual day so carefree, and we had nothing to worry about! She is so organized and helpful, and I would highly recommend 😊 Thanks again Jillian!

  We highly recommend Jillian Jensen Events for wedding coordination. We had their lead coordinator Samantha Tatum as our coordinator. She did an incredible job!! She was very organized, creative, flexible, and professional. The entire wedding day went SO smoothly because of her. I am so thankful that we hired her!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!! She is hella detail-oriented, knows the 'ins and outs' of the Colorado wedding scene, and is a beautiful blend of creative/celebratory and pragmatic. It was a genuine pleasure to work with her because she is so warm, thoughtful, and positive, and honestly - I had a surprisingly amount of post-wedding sadness because I had so much fun working with her! Remember: Wedding planning is both fantastic AND stressful (no matter how good you are at event planning or how 'low key' you may think you are!)   Amazing Wedding Coordination Team!!

  Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa and the whole Jillian Jensen Events team. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful from the start. She is super organized, fun and handled every vendor and detail with such ease. Our wedding day was beyond perfect and it was largely due to Alyssa! Leading up to the wedding, Alyssa was so available for us to answer any minor question and address any detail. On our wedding day, I didn't worry about a thing because I knew Alyssa could handle it all. I can't recommend her enough!!

  Jillian was absolutely amazing!! She made everything run so smoothly that myself and my family did not have a single worry on my wedding day. She was honestly the single best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. Not only is she incredible at what she does, she is an absolute joy to work with. If you are thinking of hiring her, I cannot more strongly recommend it! We all absolutely loved her and cannot thank her enough for her hard work. Would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a day of wedding planner!

  Jillian was truly so wonderful to work with! She and her team were organized, fun and on-point with every single detail. We truly didn't have to worry about any of the last minute, day-of stress-ers because Jillian took care of it all. Of all the days you just want to sit back and enjoy the moments, the people, etc. it's your wedding. It was easy for us to do that because we had Jillian. She is certainly hard working, professional and GREAT at her job, but we also felt like working with her was like working with a good friend as she was truly invested in making it good/fun/beautiful for us, her energy is amazing and it was evident that she just wanted us to enjoy the day. We are grateful beyond belief that we found her and couldn't recommend her and her team more. Thanks Jillian -- you are such a TRUE gem!

  Without a doubt the BEST decision we made in our wedding planning process was to hire Jillian Jensen as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator! My wife and I both felt our wedding exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn’t have done it without Jillian. During the 8-9 months that we worked with Jillian prior to our wedding day, Jillian provided us with the support and expertise that we so desperately needed. Jillian was there whenever we needed her to answer every question, to manage vendors when it became overwhelming for us, to talk us through every decision and how we could make our wedding truly ours, and generally just to be there when we needed her. We were able to set up a convenient schedule for meetings and discussions with Jillian as she was very flexible. And last but not least, we felt she truly CARED about making our wedding the best it could possibly be.
  
  When we got to the actual wedding day we felt like Jillian was celebrating with us! Watching her in her element as the day-of coordinator was when her talent really shone through. She was truly everywhere and nowhere at the same time: taking care of everything, running the timeline, making last minute decisions when necessary, and generally making sure nothing went wrong, all while being warm and available and impressing all of our family and friends. Because of Jillian we were able to truly enjoy the biggest day of our lives so that, though the wedding was emotionally overwhelming, we didn’t have to worry about being logistically overwhelmed. We both felt pampered and able to enjoy every second.
  
  The best advice I can give someone heading into a wedding is: 1) Be excited because you found Jillian Jensen. 2) Hire Jillian Jensen early (now!). The earlier you hire her the more she can help with even the beginning stages! 3) Relax and enjoy the ride with Jillian at your side. Oh, and did I forget to say how affordable Jillian’s services are? Worth every penny.

  Jillian did an amazing job in helping me plan my wedding. She was responsive throughout the process and helped us make great decisions. We really had so many questions and did not always know how to pursue certain things but she was always there to steer us in the right direction! She is friendly, professional, and definitely knows her weddings! I'd recommend her to anyone getting married. She was a huge help and we got so many compliments about how the smooth the wedding reception was. She is great!

We really had so many questions and did not always know how to pursue certain things but she was always there to steer us in the right direction! She is friendly, professional, and definitely knows her weddings! I'd recommend her to anyone getting married. She was a huge help and we got so many compliments about how the smooth the wedding reception was. She is great!

  We hired Jillian Jensen Events when we still thought we were going to have a wedding at a venue where we'd have to do everything ourselves. We ended up moving venues to a place that had an event coordinator so we didn't need them for as much as we thought. But they were very responsive, helpful, and remembered all the little things that I couldn't keep organized in my brain. Our coordinator was super sweet and worked well with all the other vendors. We would recommend them for your wedding.
