Not only did he walk us through the design and fabrication process, he made sure we understood what attributes were going to affect the quality of the finished piece.

After several follow-up sessions, we received an outstandingly beautiful ring, elegantly designed and perfect for us! We were treated very well, the customer service was amazing, and I would highly recommend their services!
