My fiance bought a custom engagement band from another company, but the jewelry factor in livonia added a diamond to the ring. They were very flexible and professional and I absolutely love my ring. The diamond is beautiful. I had a promise ring that he purchased from this store and it was gorgeous also. They were also very polite and pleasant when sizing my ring finger. I am likely to return here for wedding bands and/anniversary bands and engravings. They are so flexible and offer so many options

To all you couples, please don't go to any of the big named chain stores for your engagement ring and wedding bands. You will get the best deal and the most beautiful ring if you visit the Jewelry Factory!

It is a very small store located in a somewhat deserted strip mall, but please don't let that scare you away. Once you step inside and look at the amazing selection you will be more than pleased. My engagement ring and wedding band are so gorgeous! My Husband got such a great deal and now I have the biggest rock compared to all of my friends' and family's rings :-)

The best part of it all is that my engagement ring appraised at 1.5 x the price he paid, and my wedding band appraised at more then 4 x the price!

I PURCHASED MY HUSBANDS WEDDING RING HERE AND WE ARE BOTH VERY HAPPY WITH THE RING. HOWEVER THE 2ND DAY OF OUR HONEYMOON ONE OF THE STONES FELL OUT, SO THE DAY WE CAME HOME I TOOK IT UP THERE AND WHEN I CALLED A WEEK LATER I FOUND OUT THEY HAD NOT EVEN SENT HIS RING OUT, DO HE WILL BE WITHOUT IT FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS =0(

When we went to order our wedding bands the lady helping us told us one price, we loved it, and went to purchase it and it was way more expensive. I couldn't get the wedding band I wanted because of this mistake.

My husband bought a ring here and two months after he proposed a small diamond fell out. They replaced it. Since then three more small stones have fallen out. I inquired about how this keeps happening and they said the construction on the ring was faulty and needs the face of it needs to be, replaced which would cost $400 since we are now out of the 1 year window!
A ring that wasn't made right will cost us $400, absolutely ridiculous! After speaking with corporate they offer to give us 70%of the rings value if we wanted a new one. This ring was custom designed by my husband with me in mind, why on Earth would I want another ring? I want the ring my husband got for me to not be structurally faulty!

Do not go here if you want a ring to last! Go somewhere that stands behind their product!
