He showed up 10 minutes late, did not get any separate pictures of my husband's divorced parents and us. Was not understanding of why my father (who's teeth were ruined from chemotherapy 2 separate times) did not want to smile with his teeth. His pictures were NOTHING like the ones on his website and we had a hard time finding ones we actually wanted for prints, my mother-in-laws were better. He did not accompany us to our reception, his "associate" did and was horrible. He also took forever to get back with me whenever I had questions and never had things up on time.
