As per the conversation you and my fiance had on the phone earlier today
This letter is to complain about service we recently received from Jennifer Kennedy Photography your company. You and Julia negotiated in good faith for your service to provide a wedding album with 125 pictures and 2 in-law albums with at least 25 pictures in each. What we received were 3 photo books not albums which anybody could have made on snapfish or Walgreens for about $50.00. You both agreed on $1000.00 for this service. She sent you a check just on your word because she trusted you. I admit she should have asked for a contract. We expected a much higher level of service from you and your company, and I am quite disappointed. I am asking you to reconsider the job you did and at least make them one real wedding album using photo's and a real cover so they can have fond memories of their special day. I think it would be excellent customer service for you to keep them happy and do this and the cost for you would be minimal.
