Jennifer Bastian Photography exceeded our expectations in capturing the most beautiful images of our magical day. With her years of experience, education, and creativity, Jennie has an immense amount of knowledge about weddings and voluntarily stepped in to assist on duties that were outside of her job title. In addition to her talented photography skills, she is an amazing, calm, friendly, and personable person. There was so much going on the day before and morning of the wedding, but Jennie was able to support me so that I could enjoy the most wonderful weekend of our lives. She is very professional in the midst of chaos and was able to communicate efficiently to our extremely large wedding party (15 bridesmaids/groomsmen, 5 flower girls/ring bearers, and 3 sets of parents). She also coordinated very well with the rest of our vendors in order to make our day flawless. She left such an incredible impression that our parents and friends kept raving about how professional and kind our photographer was.

We were so happy with the images that she captured. She has an artistic eye and shot beautiful moments from our wedding day in unique ways. Jennifer is easily the best decision we made for our wedding. We have so many beautiful memories from our wedding that we will cherish forever. She navigated our family and friends so well and made everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. I am so happy with how she was able to capture our loved ones so perfectly! Jennie is an amazing photographer and wonderful wedding vendor to work with. She is extremely personable and energetic, puts family members and guests at ease as she moves through the crowd, and took gorgeous posed portraits and really fun candids, especially of the dance floor. Honestly, having hired Jennie to photograph our wedding was the easiest and least stressful part of our wedding day and we will cherish the photographs she took forever. I highly recommend her and her services!

I could not imagine our wedding without Jennifer. We hired her as our photographer, but she ended up being so much more. She was excellent with the children and ended up coaching and instructing them- the flower girl and ring bearer needed some gentle directing. She was excellent at arranging and placing things so that the photographed well and would just pop over and fix a few things, making the photos look like they were out of a magazine. Actually, our photos were so good that we have had requests to use them in magazines when people have seen them online. Jennifer has such a patient, gentle manner, that everyone was very natural and at-ease during a pretty hectic day. She captured every detail, every emotion. Lighting was gorgeous and natural, her angles were intimate without being overbearing and she was never in the way- if anything she was helpful and perfectly balanced. I could not recommend her enough.

My wife and I will cherish our wedding photos until death do us part and that is thanks in large part to Jennie. She covered every angle of our wedding from start to finish so beautifully. (When we saw all the images afterwards it seemed hard to believe she wasn’t in two places at the same time!) And she never lost step; the energy and enthusiasm she had throughout was inspiring, especially considering that we had what amounted to a 12 hour wedding party!

Jennie masterfully and gracefully rounded up guests for formal group shots, unobtrusively documented all the action on the dance floor capturing fantastic, hilarious and intimate shots, and even managed to bust a few moves herself. She documented all the food, decorations and scenery and ultimately captured the overall celebratory and romantic mood of the day. She was wonderful and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Jennifer Bastian was absolutely wonderful! Not only are her photographs lovely but she gets along so well with everyone, that they just seem to lighten up and feel free to be themselves around her, which of course leads to these wonderful photos. She was able to capture the magic of that day, no questions asked. If I every need any photography of any kind she is my go to gal, I cannot wait for the day we decide to expand our family and have her photograph their precious faces.

Jennifer has an incredible gift for making people feel comfortable around the camera. She is complimentary, and yet it never feels false or forced. Jennifer was a great photographer, I couldn't recommend her more highly! Besides being very professional, she's also a very lovely person to have around on the special day. She knew when to be a part of the wedding and when to be less obtrusive while capturing natural and flattering candid shots. The results were worth every penny which was actually quite affordable for the high quality we received. She made sure to talk with us in advance to be sure she understood what we wanted and which shots were important to us. We are just so pleased with the memories she provide us with.
