Jess was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a professional, organized, low-stress photographer to work with for their wedding.

We picked Jess after speaking with several photographers, and we felt she was just the best fit for our personalities and the vibe we were going for. We had a summer outdoor wedding and wanted things to be fun, relaxed and care-free (but we also wanted to make sure we captured all of the good parts). Jess worked with us to really understand what we were looking for, and struck a perfect balance of going with the flow but also keeping us on track for taking all of the pictures we wanted. When we got a bit behind schedule for the evening after dinner, Jess even stayed a bit later than planned to make sure we captured all of the first dance, father-daughter, and mother-son dances.

We recently got our final photos back and we love the final edits! We wanted our pictures to capture us having fun and celebrating with our friends, and Jess really did a good job of getting fun candid shots (we also got several more traditional bridal party & family shots, but Jess made those look really cool with the edits, too).

We hired Jess to be our photographer for both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding. On both days she was a total pro. We suck at posing and she gave us directions so that we didn’t feel awkward ever. She has such an artistic eye and she knows exactly what background, poses, angles will look great. She’s also just the absolute best at capturing natural moments that are so fun and so intimate and so special. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our photos - the color filters and especially the special moments that she was able to capture. She is just the sweetest and totally got us as a couple. She has great energy and could make anyone feel comfortable right away with her warm personality. We will definitely contact her again in the future!
