JEFFERY STARTED HIS CAREER AFTER GRADUATING FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT ARLINGTON WITH A BACHELOR OF ARTS IN COMMUNICATION (PHOTOJOURNALISM). HE LATER INTERNED WITH THE CAP CITIES/ABC NEWSPAPER WORKING AT PAPERS IN: MICHIGAN, THE OAKLAND PRESS; KANSAS, KANSAS CITY STAR, AND TEXAS, THE FORT WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM. HE SPENT 13 YEARS AS A STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER AT THE STAR-TELEGRAM BEFORE BECOMING A FREELANCE WEDDING, PORTRAIT AND EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER.
