From first connecting with Jeff, he was very attentive to our hopes for the ceremony while also providing lots of helpful suggestions and guidance. Jeff was also extremely easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions. We also really appreciated that Jeff tried to get to know us a bit before the ceremony. Finally, a few days before our ceremony, we learned one of our readers wouldn't be able to come -- Jeff was super flexible and immediately agreed to do the reading in their place, which was a huge relief!
