Julia Beth has been working in the hospitality industry for the past ten years in various roles ranging from restaurant server to restaurant manager to venue sales team member to her last position with a venue as Director of Event Operations where she oversaw weddings, corporate events, and smaller specialty events. She would often take on 2-3 weddings a weekend where, within her position, she acted as a day-of wedding coordinator, catering manager, bridal assistant, and bridal confidant.

After gaining a lot of experience she started JB Agency in 2017, part-time, where she would freelance her event planning services such as weddings, fundraising events, golf tournaments, small business team building events, bridal showers, and more. Needless to say . . . she's seen it all!

Having worked as both an outside planner and in-house venue planner she fully understands how events work from every angle which allows her and her team to adapt to new venues quickly and collaborate successfully with venue management and vendors ensuring a smooth, stress-free day!
