Working with our planner was such a good decision—her services were an incredible value for everything she provided. She offered tons of décor and rental items as part of the package, which saved us money and made logistics way easier since we were planning from across the country. She was in communication with all our vendors and the venue, and even though she had another wedding on our day, her team kept everything running without a single issue. The rain plan kicked in and they handled it like pros. She was always professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend! -

My wife and I absolutely loved working with Julia and Brittany from JB Agency! They were recommended to us by a friend, and they didn't disappoint. Hands down they were the most responsive vendor by far. We used JB Agency for their day-of coordinator services. Julia helped lay the groundwork for what our day-of coordinator would need, and Brittany, along with her assistant Kadalina, executed the plans on the day of the wedding. Both Julia and Brittany were very organized, communicated what they needed from us, and were flexible when changes arose.
Something we weren't expecting, but was a welcome surprise, from JB Agency was their cache of decor items that were included in their day-of coordinator services. (A few items were an additional charge, but we only used ones that were included in our package.) This was a nice benefit when accounting for the costs of decor items that we’d likely only use once in our wedding.
Overall 10/10 working with JB Agency! They’re fantastic!

We chose Julia's full wedding planning package and it was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding! Julia was so helpful, thoughtful & really does help make your vision come to life - even before you know what it is, if you're like me. She made our wedding planning process feel easy with as little stress as possible. I would recommend her over and over to anyone I know.
For a list of items she helped us with - narrow down & visit venues, provided options & set up meetings for all vendors, handled all of the contracts, created a checklist of things for us to do and a schedule to keep us on track, was super responsive to any and all questions by email or text. She even made signs herself, created our faux floral arrangements, packed welcome bags, helped arrange our Friday night welcome dinner and packed up all remaining items from the venue after the ceremony/reception for us. -

Julia was, without a doubt, the best asset to our wedding planning. We booked her agency for Day of Coordination, although she maintained communications throughout the year to ensure our vendors were flexible with the ever-changing COVID restrictions. In this regard especially, we were so grateful! She made it truly easy for us to enjoy our engagement and not fuss over the constant drone of check-in emails, timeline updates, and the like. Our biggest surprise was learning about the numerous fires she had to put out on our Big Day. We never knew- she is THAT good! She took initiative in bettering our florist’s displays, adjusting some decor snafus, and so much more; a truly passionate professional. She also offered additional assistance when we booked a last-minute venue for an after party. Truly above and beyond!
Julia has fast and efficient communication, a kind and creative attitude, and performs beautifully under pressure with flexibility and grace. Her pricing is beyond fair and her work is incomparable! Would highly recommend. -

Julia made my husbands and I wedding day perfect. She constantly kept a calm and professional demeanor that allowed me to relax a bit in such a stressful time. I honestly didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. I had a certain vision and she made it happen, Julia had it all completely under control. She is super friendly and we were lucky to have worked with her. She is also super responsive and able to answer me back not only same day but fairly quickly. -

Great emotional support & awesome execution
Julia was our day-of-coordinator through Elkridge Furnace Inn for my husband's and my wedding on November 2, 2018. Julia has wonderful interpersonal skills providing the warmth and support that we needed emotionally to know that all the pieces of our planning, big and small, were not only fantastic and but would be successfully executed. Day of, she showed that she could organize and execute all of the details we had planned as well as manage last minute decision-making for potential rain plans. Julia was able to handle all of the details of our vision, including many handmade decorations which were very special to us, and made sure that everything came to life. My husband and I could focus on the actual celebration of our marriage instead of splitting our attention on set-up/clean-up and time management. If you are interested in a day-of-coordinator, Julia will be a wonderful asset to your wedding planning process and wedding day happenings. -

Julia was the best wedding planner and day-of coordinator we could ever hope for! She is super friendly, professional, and responsive. She is also very creative and gave us a lot of great ideas for our wedding ceremony and reception. She was available to answer any questions we had- she put us at ease and made wedding planning fun and enjoyable. She was a rockstar on the day of our wedding and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend her and would love to work with her again in the future. -
