Such a wonderful establishment. My fiance told me that they were so helpful when he went in to design a custom ring for me. They were patient, accommodating, and they explained everything to him throughout the whole process. The ring was a surprise for me altogether, but when I went in after he proposed to get the ring sized they were wonderful, resizing it right on the spot as I wanted, and they explained to me how to take care of it, providing me with cleaner, and helping me look for a wedding band that would match well with the custom setting. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Jaymark went above and beyond to make me the engagement ring of my dreams!! When my fiancé decided to propose, he knew this was the only place he could buy my ring. The only problem was that we were living all the way across the country at the time. Katie worked with my fiancé via email and Skype to design my ring and help him select the diamond, and shipped the finished ring to him. The level of service she provided was just incredible, and the ring is perfect!

My wedding date was long ago before the earliest date this website will accept! I have a beautiful diamond wedding band and engagement ring both with diamonds selected by Jaymark for me. I have been wearing them both for many years and I shop at Jaymark to this day for myself any my family. I also have a Jaymark custom design diamond ring I love. It incorporated family diamonds I inherited and combined them in a creative and one-of-a-kind design. Jaymark is consistently outstanding!

I lost the diamond in my engagement ring which was over 28 years old. I went to Jaymark to see if they could replace the setting and diamond. The employees that help me was so nice and she was so helpfull. She should me different diamonds and we both came to an agreement on which diamond looked the best and which was the closest to my original diamond. i would go back to Jaymark as well as to tell people that I know if they were looking for good customer service as was as quality work.

Working with the staff of Jaymark was amazing. From before I even knew i was getting engaged they were working hard with my groom to ensure the ring they created was spectacular using his grandmother's old ring. They later worked with us to use the remainder of her ring to make my wedding band as well as a pendant for his grandmother. I love stopping in to see them and get my rings cleaned, they are always so attentive and caring!
