Music Mixers DJed our July 2017 wedding in Fairhaven, MA and they were AMAZING!!! Seann was our DJ and was super attentive to what we were looking for. We had multiple phone conferences with him leading up to the big day, where he really took the time to listen to what we wanted and give his professional advice on the flow of events of the day.
As former residents of Miami, we can appreciate the night club scene, but we were looking for a DJ who could help provide an elegant wedding ceremony and reception that turned into a fun party--still keeping elegance in mind (no fist-pumping/DJ forcing everyone on the dance floor/making it all about him/her, tacky kind of thing). Seann definitely delivered. He got our vision 100% and listened to everything we said.
Our ceremony was outdoors and Seann provided us music and microphone for our officiant and speaker. Everything went off without a hitch--volume was perfect, timing was perfect, everything was perfect.
Our cocktail hour/dance floor was in one room and dinner was in another adjoining room. Seann set everything up perfectly--toasts, dinner music, cocktail hour music, dancing music--everything was perfect. He kept in touch with us, the couple, throughout the night to help guide us and make sure everything was okay (Along the lines of... "Is 5 minutes good for the cake cutting? You're all good to go? If you want to take a bathroom break now, we can definitely do cake cutting in 10 minutes if that works better.") We could honestly just relax with our guests through the ceremony and Seann made sure everything ran the way it should.
Also, not to be forgotten, Seann provided us with uplighting for our wedding. He has a degree in lighting design and really knows what he's doing here. Because our venue was a historic, gothic building, he used a beautiful shade of amber lighting and placed everything perfectly. The room looked absolutely gorgeous.
