My fiance (now husband) and I went to Jared to purchase our wedding bands. The staff was very pleasant, especially Joan who helped us all three times we came in. I loved their selection and I was able to find a very unique wedding band for me that I had not seen at any of the other jewelry stores we had visited. We're very happy with our purchases. My engagement ring was also bought here by my fiance so we also loved the convenience of being able to go to one location for future cleanings and inspections of my rings.

We ordered my engagement ring from IJ when they were going out of business. The detail on my e-ring was SOOO hard to match. Jared was able to custom order in a piece that matched PERFECT! I couldn't be happier!

I went in there just to look, but they were really helpful in helping me to pick out my wedding band. They let me try on everything and I felt like their customer service was amazing. I would definantly go back there if I had to make another jewelry purchase!

We actually went to the Jared in Rochester, NY. My husband and I tend to avoid stores like Jared because of pushy sales people. When my husband bought my engagement ring he went with his Mom, and was so nervous he says he doesn't remember much-but he picked out a beautiful ring! Then, when we went to look for wedding bands we struggled through a first visit with a woman who was not very pleasant and really out to sell. We left with a couple options but nothing that we were excited about. The second time we went back to look, the store was very busy and one of the girls who works in the lab came out to help us. She was awesome! She genuinely listened to us, and helped us pick rings that were just right for what we were looking for. Overall, I like Jared because of their finance plans, their warranty, their service, and the wonderful girl who sold us our wedding bands.

I was really happy with Jared's. The ring we picked out was abosolutly amazing and one of a kind. It was crazy too because we got it appraised after purchasing it and it was worth $1,000 more than what we paid for it! I really like the service they provide too. I had gone there before I was even engaged and came back with my finace 6 months later and they still had me on file! They really go the extra mile to provide you with the service you are paying for. They always offer to clean my ring when I go there and make sure I have everything I need each visit. I like that they also had a nice selection of men's wedding bands. We were able to match his with my vintage engagment ring.

I love going to Jared! They are always so kind the minute you walk through the door and always so helpful. We got my engagement ring, wedding ring and my husbands wedding ring from here. Included in all of the service plans is coming in twice a year to have your ring checked to make sure none of the diamonds or other stones are loose and if they are they will fix it on the spot. We custom made my engagement ring. They have bands and you can add any diamond to them. The only problem with that was that it was hard to find a matching wedding band. But when we did find one they changed it from white gold to platinum. Our rings are beautiful. I recommend Jared to anyone in the market for any jewelery.

My husband and i got our wedding bands at jared since he had gotten my engagement ring there as well. the people are so nice there. they clean my rings everytime i go in even if i am just looking. we purchased the diamond warranty so i go in every 6 months and i love the cleaniness to my rings after i get them.

I was able to pick out my engagement ring there in one evening and it was ready for me by the end of the week.
