We had the most amazing fall inspired wedding. The venue and outdoor areas were prefect and the wood pillars and sting lights were breathtaking. Mary Beth and Beatrice, were amazing. They answered every question and were so helpful the entire night.

The banquet staff at Blue Harbor are incredible! Throughout the whole planning process Annalise was there to answer any of my questions and help ensure the day was everything I wanted. She was knowledgable, direct, and accommodating. She understood my vision and helped bring it to life. Unfortunately she wasn't able to be there the day of the wedding which was a disappointment for us, but Erika stepped in. The event staff were constantly checking in on us and ensuring we had enough to eat and drink. The food was delicious! Everyone commented on the quality of the food. Once dinner was over it was cleaned up so quickly and ready for the dance party to begin. The staff was very attentive all night long. I couldn't have asked for a better venue to host my wedding. The beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Michigan made it so special. I would 100% recommend working with Annalise. She is the best!

This venue was everything we could have wanted and more! Price was great to boot. Everything worked out beautifully! This gem of a venue also has an amazing park manager that will go above and beyond for you. Gabe- youre the man!

Glacier Hills County Park was the perfect place for our wedding. I first saw it when I attended a wedding there, and I had my heart set on it ever since. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and location is beautiful. I appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own food and drinks. We had a plumbing issue during our event, and the staff was really responsive and resolved the issue quickly. It was the perfect amount of space for about 175 people (including wedding party and vendors) and the supplied tables and chairs worked great. It was nice to have the venue for the weekend so that we could set up the day before and take down the day after. Glacier Hills was an incredible venue that made our day so special.

We cannot say better things about The Gardens! Everyone is so lovely, organized, friendly, and professional! They really made our day so special and accommodated every curveball that came our way. If you're looking for a spectacularly gorgeous indoor/outdoor wedding venue with the best people by your side for the ride, you've found the best spot. Thank you for all of your help and for going above and beyond!

We had our wedding reception at Olbrich Gardens and it was wonderful! They were easy to work with and give you a list of the approved caterers. If you want to provide alcohol at your event, they only have one option that you have to use. They help set up and take down the tables and chairs. There was also a special event going on at the gardens the evening of our wedding and we were able to provide discounted tickets to our guests! Was a fabulous perk!

It won’t regret booking your wedding in this venue surrounded by beautiful nature. The chef customizes the menu for any cuisine.

Cheri is so helpful and does not make you feel like a nuisance at all! Our initial consultation was very relaxed and she answered all of our questions on the spot. I then had a follow-up visit to bring our parents out to see the place and she was accommodating and welcoming and, again, answered all of their questions. I think her presence in our wedding planning is going to be great and help make our reception everything we want it to be!

Jennifer was easy to work with and always answers the phone. It's a very DYI venue, so you'll have to set up and tear down, but with her flexibility we were able to have everything finalized the day before. I'm still getting texts and comments about how gorgeous everything was (3 weeks later!) In terms of value, there are different options available for the level of involvement you want (All quoted on 9/17/2016 and subject to change for future customers) but for me it was a $1000 baseline cleaning fee + hourly maintenance fees (mine totaled $870 for 4 PM to Midnight) + optional overnight stay ($900 for all rooms - sleeps 19) = $2,770 + 5.5% Tax = $2,922.35. We were able to bring in our own caterer and beverages (which definitely helped with the costs). The venue also has 6 qty of 6 foot tables available and approx. 50 chairs. You wouldn't need to rent anything if you have a small gathering!
