About

Stone Ridge Farm Chapel is an intimate wedding venue located in Mequon, Wisconsin. This idyllic property boasts a small Amish chapel suitable for micro weddings, elopements, and minimonies. Surrounded by tranquil woodland, it is an ideal destination for couples looking for a private retreat to celebrate with their nearest and dearest. This wedding venue is conveniently located within a 30-minute drive from downtown Milwaukee.

Facilities and Capacity

Stone Ridge Farm Chapel boasts several quaint areas where couples can host their ceremony. The picturesque Amish Chapel is built out of warm, rustic wood and nestled among the trees. The on-site pasture where horses are found grazing is located next to it. The chapel features stained-glass windows, exposed beams, and century-old church pews. This space can accommodate up to 13 individuals for a romantic ceremony. Alternatively, couples may choose to tie the knot under the large pergola. This open and spacious outdoor area is surrounded by tall evergreen trees and decorated with white rose bushes. The area is ideal for weddings of up to 20 guests. After the newlyweds exchange vows, guests can gather at Central Park, the venue’s outdoor reception space. Featuring walkways and tiki lights, this space is nestled in between the pergola and chapel areas. The venue’s main house also has a cozy function room in case of inclement weather.

Services Offered

This intimate venue offers a wide array of services to accommodate each couple’s wedding vision. They provide separate ceremony and reception packages that include exclusive access to the venue for the duration of the event. Each ceremony package, designed for a chapel or pergola event, includes access to the on-site dressing suites before the festivities. The two get-ready rooms are separated so couples who prefer to wait until the ceremony for the first look can dress in private. An officiant, engraved champagne flutes, and time for photoshoots are also included in these plans. For the reception, the venue has tables and chairs available for use during the event. Couples can also use the facility’s large speakers for entertainment.

Mark and Sandra Binversie
Owner

We have been in the hospitality/wedding business since 2000. Owning and running several Bed and Breakfast facilities in the Cedarburg/Mequon area.

This 1870’s farmstead has been featured on the Ozaukee historical tour. This site has continued to develop over the past 5 years as were asked have our place used for several private weddings.

In 2020 an Amish built chapel was added for the enjoyment of everyone that enters the farmstead. This venture has allowed us to meet many great couples and families. Personally we have 5 children and several grandchildren.
