James was great at not only photographing us, but helping make sure our extensive family all had the opportunities to take pictures. He was creative & friendly. He was fantastic at getting some creative shots!

James is definitely a rare find! He is the best photographer I have ever used!! I highly recommend him, as do almost all of my guests that have complimented me on the wedding photos! He will make sure that you are happy and he mill make sure that everything is perfect!! Will use him again in the future!

Where to begin? My husband and I are sticklers for great service and professionalism. Our rating above should indicate that James obviously brought these traits... but what can't be shared in a simple survey is how much more James the Photographer brought to the table:
i. LIKEABILITY: It's impossible to not instantly like James. Jeff and I interviewed a half dozen photographers before we met James and we instantly knew. It's been 3 weeks now and our guests are still pinging us about "where did you find that photographer..." talking about how he had this instinct to always be in the right place at the right second to catch a moment, yet seemed to feel like he belonged there the whole time like one of the family.
ii. CRAFTSMANSHIP: James IS a photographer. This isn't his hobby or a way to make some extra money. iii. PASSION: I know this sounds a little cheesy, but I can't think of a better way to describe it. After all, what makes someone really good at their job? They love what they do! It was apparent from the moment we met James, through engagement photos, and well after the wedding, that this man loves what he does for a living. The evidence is in the joy he shares every time he catches a great shot.
iv. FLEXIBILITY: I had a friend who wanted amazing artistic pictures for her wedding, and I had another friend who just wanted a bunch of "real-life moments" captured for hers. Me, I kind of wanted a mix of both. The great thing about James is that he had the skill to provide the former, and the willingness to make my wedding book be exactly what I wanted too (lots of non-posed pictures celebrating the moment). James had the experience to excel without my input, but ultimately felt like both a partner and frankly a friend throughout the process!

I cannot say enough good things about James & his stellar talent. We chose James as our photographer for wedding photos after we did an engagement session with him . James was professional & prompt during our session & wedding. I could not be more thrilled with our photos. As someone who hates having their picture taken James made me feel at ease instantly. For our engagement photos James was not just our photographer but a tour guide as he knew the property like it was his own. He was very excited to show us around and the pictures we got were truly special & one of a kind. For our wedding he was a trooper as it was the hottest day on record for that time of the year. Not to mention tension was running high. I was very a nervous bride & not because I was getting married, but just from the fuss of the day. He had me laughing, which was very calming. Our wedding photos were again so very special and beautiful. James truly captured the day & help to retell the story as it was a blur of a day. Brides James is a must! You can’t go wrong & will not be disappointed!

James was simply amazing. He met with me before the wedding to make sure I felt comfortable with him and of course I was. He was very professional and his photos are outstanding. I can't wait to see how the rest of the photos turn out.

James took the most wonderful pictures and captured such special moments with the most incredible backgrounds. James took control of the situation when most of us had no idea how we should be posing and he had fantastic picture ideas.. We were blessed to have such a talented photographer on our most special day.

James was amazingly creative throughout our entire wedding. We really appreciated his work and all his humor!

James was SSSOOOOO flexable I really wished I could have given him a 10! James was so knowledgeable about photography as well, I was beyond impressed and would recommend him to EVERYONE!

I would recommend James the photographer to anyone! He was awesome at telling us how to pose/stand, and he knew exactly how to work the lighting. There wasn't one picture that I did not like. James was also very creative. My husband and I had nothing but great things to say about James the photographer. The first thing everyone says when they see our photos is that we had a great photographer.

J T P captured all of the Traditional Wedding shots; but more importantly; he was able to capture very unique & modern ones based upon the information given before & during the (session) or event. He definitely does "Put The Focus on You"! He pays close attention to details that is easily recognized when looking through your personalized photo story book.
