Jamerlyn Brown is a true professional! We hired her to do both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding in 2021. She worked with us on the vision we had as well as traveled to the location we had in mind for our engagement shoot. For being two awkward people behind the camera, you couldn’t tell in her final photos! She gave us sneak peaks and little gifts, and was very good with helping us set up a timeline that both gave us what we wanted out of the day as well as how to be sure we got as many photos as we could. The day of the wedding she and her assistant were completely focused – wasting as little time as possible to get people where they wanted for photos, and move on to the next photo, as well as hype us along after making our poses. My spouse and I would laugh because she seemed to pop out of nowhere at the right time to snap a pic or two and disappear back into the crowd to take more. I had several people come up to me during and after the wedding to ask about her and complimented her professionalism and skills – she was a hit with the guests! Jamerlyn was such an exceptional, flexible, and talented photographer! We originally had a date for next summer, but with all the craziness of COVID we decided about two months after our engagement photos to eloped. Jamerlyn was so helpful, suggesting various locations we could use and giving us tips on the best time of day to have the elopement.
