I had a great experience at Jade Bridal. Rebekah was amazing and attentive and never pressured me to pick a dress. She listened to my critiques on each dress and tailored my selections based on my preferences. They have a great variety of dresses at great value and were extremely efficient at booking appointments and follow-ups. Highly recommend

I recently visited Jade Bridal. Their store is very cute and has a good selection of dresses. Kelley helped me select dresses to try on and really cared about finding what I wanted. She was very conscientious when it came to the selection of dresses. I recommend visiting due to the very kind and caring staff, as well as the diverse range of dresses. They also have a selection of sample dresses that you can buy directly off the rack. However, the majority of the dresses need to be ordered.

I found my dress at Jade Bridal in late April. Monica was amazing to work with. She was responsive and extremely helpful. The dresses at Jade Bridal are beautiful. I can't wait until my dress comes in! I will write a follow up review after my wedding.

Monica worked very well with me to help me get my wedding dress. She worked with a payment plan to allow me to afford the dress. Definitely recommend jade bridal for your wedding dress.

While I didn’t end up buying my dress from Jade Bridal, I loved trying on dresses there! Monica was so helpful, and I felt very comfortable with her. The dresses in the store were beautiful and I loved having the entire shop to myself during my appointments. I highly recommend visiting Jade Bridal and working with Monica if you’re looking for your wedding dress!

BRIDES BEWARE STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
I made the awful mistake of trusting this shop with my wedding dress. Worst decision of my wedding. My order was placed in February with a delivery date of June 5. I did not receive any communication that the delivery would be delayed and after waiting 2 weeks I contacted the shop only to be told that they didn't know where my dress was or when it would be delivered. When I called, left messages and showed up 3 times they finally sent me an email stating the warehouse where my dress was being shipped from was closed for operations until after July 20th and my dress would be shipped sometime after that. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. This would leave me with less than a month til my wedding to get all fittings and alterations completed which is a nightmare during wedding season in Chicago. I had to follow-up with Pronovias myself to try to fix the situation. They were able to get me in touch with the warehouse directly and they told me that Jade Bridal was notified about the relocation of the warehouse and given the opportunity to get their clients dresses prior to the relocation but they never responded. This shop literally did nothing except take my order and my money and then was rude and threatening to me for being upset about them delaying the delivery of my dress by almost 2 months. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR DRESS. I found my dream dress here, but the entire experience was a nightmare. She doesn't communicate when there's a delay, and most importantly, THERE IS NO SEAMSTRESS ON SITE. My dress was a disaster 8 days before the wedding because instead of being properly measured and pinned, the owner simply guessed on how to take it in, then transported the dress to someone to do it. My dress was taken in and out so many times by the time I wore it on my wedding day it was dirty, and didn't even have all of the original fabric. Jade Bridal has no business selling and altering wedding dresses. I would never want any bride to go through what I went through the week of my wedding!!!
