So friendly and nice! They made me feel so welcome. They were always kind and responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding gown or bridesmaid gown. Great place, great staff!

I love Jackie! She and her staff were very attentive and answered all of my questions. I had a great experience. I do suggest that brides make an appointment! I did and I am so glad! The store was packed and those that had an appointment were assisted first. Jackie is also very knowledgeable about bridal veils. I didn't want one originally, but as soon as she placed the veil on my head, I had to have it. It completed the look. My Maggie Sotero dress couldn't have fit better. Her size suggestion was perfect.

It was great working with Jacqueline. She provided lots of 1-on-1 attention and much friendliness. I loved getting my dress (and tux's) from her and would recommend her to anyone.

This place does everything! I bought my dress form Jackie and she is the sweetest lady! I found exactly what I was looking for that I couldn't find at David's Bridal! She let us look and helped when we needed it! I only bought my dress from them, but they have everything under one roof for weddings.

Jacqueline's Bridal was a great experience for me. Jackie, the owner is very knowledgable. She showed me all of the different styles of wedding dresses, described which ones looked good on certain body types, etc. She has a large selection of beautiful gowns and has a quick turnaround time. She is honest, friendly, and helpful. Of all of the other bridal shops I went to, hers was the most helpful.

I found this place on the internet and it had great reviews so made an appointment and went in to see the owner of the store Jackie (who was very pleasant at this time). I fell in love with the 2nd dress I tried on and took it off the rack! I was thrilled, all it needed was to have some small alterations. Jackie arranged to have them done for me and I was to pick the dress up 5 days later. Upon picking up the dress Jackie was so unbelievably rude I could not believe it! I was in shock!

The way she spoke to me and treated me was appalling. I left there with the dress of my dreams but I was very upset that I had spent so much of my money with such a mean spirited person. I hoped maybe she had just had a bad day but I spoke with another bride a few months later and she had the exact same experience with her when she picked up her dress!!

So to sum things up, I LOVED my dress however if I had to do it over again I would have walked no RAN away from this store and found it somewhere else (even if it were to mean I had to pay a little more.
