We had Jackson Catering cater our wedding reception and they were amazing from the get-go! The coordinators, Julie and Danica, were quick to respond to questions and so, so patient! I was trying to juggle multiple things as I planned this reception, so I asked them question after question after question. Sometimes they had already answered the question, but they were always so nice in their response—and quick, too! The food? I had so many compliments on the food! One of my guests—a well-traveled man in his sixties—told me, “I’ve eaten at more the 200 buffets and this is the best I’ve ever been to.” I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on their menu but a few highlights from ours:

The service? Top-notch all the way. I’ll provide an example: A server approached two of my guests offering them a potsticker appetizer. My guests asked if they could have the sliders. The server went back and retrieved the sliders. She then asked my guests if they wanted more. They did, so she went back and got the tray of sliders for them! That’s a lot of back and forth amid a crowded room, but the server made it seem like it was no effort at all.

I remember when my husband and I went to do our tasting at Jackson. The man working security in the lobby told us there was absolutely no one better in terms of catering. He was right.

Jackson catering is simply phenomenal. Their food on our wedding day was incredible and our guests still rave about their food months later! From the first interaction to them showing up on our wedding day, they were professional, warm and so easy to work with. Their two tasting experiences alone were unforgettable. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. They listened to our preferences, offered expert suggestions, and helped us build a menu that everyone loved on our wedding day. Every single item was amazing but we truly loved their wild mushroom ravioli, cast iron crisp chicken and braised beef short rib. On our wedding day, they completely exceeded our expectations. The lunch service was flawless—timely, organized, and incredibly well-executed. The service staff was attentive, courteous, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Hands down the BEST catering team around! We hired Jackson’s to cater our wedding and our food was the top compliment we received from our guests! The quality, freshness and taste of every item was outstanding! One of our top priorities for our wedding was ensuring that we had great food and we definitely made the right choice by hiring Jackson’s.

Out of an absolutely all-star vendor list at my wedding, Jackson Catering seriously blew me away. They fed us two tasting menus of some of the best food I’ve eaten and even let me take home leftovers to my husband who couldn’t make it. The day of the wedding and for days after, my friends and family came up to me (including other vendors) to tell me how good the appetizers and food were (especially the Monte Cristo bites I had 4). Their staff was incredibly friendly, professional and HELPFUL - one staff even helped me get bugs out of the layers or my dress 4 separate times. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and I am so grateful they came to find us and serve us food and drinks while we took photos. The BEST catering experience of all time - this is the right decision!!!!

Their team was so professional, communicative, efficient and delivered delicious, memorable meals for all of our guests. It was a pleasure working with Jackson Catering and I would absolutely work with them again.

JCE was amazing! We really wanted to make sure our wedding was fun and food was delicious and boy did they deliver. Our venue required Full Service due to not having a kitchen and they exceeded our expectations and demonstrated what a well oiled and extremely experienced team they truly are. Everything was presented beautifully and it’s was so delicious. They have a wide selection of items food and napkin choices to choose from to meet your needs and we’re very accommodating to any changes as time went on and our frequent questions. We were offered tasting prior to booking and prior to finalizing our menu which was so nice (esp during COVID times as a lot of couples in the past had to choose their menus without tastings) and all the menu item we tasted were great. We really wanted to choose some passed apps that were unique (fried chicken and biscuits slider & ahi tuna on cucumbers) which we could just eat a million of. If we had to do our wedding all over again we would 10000% choose JCE again and so should you!

Everyone absolutely RAVED about the food, which I feel doesn't always happen at a wedding! We had some small changes to our contract as we booked them so far in advance, and they handled it with ease. For a buffet of almost 100 people, the food was always hot, nothing got dried out, and it moved very quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jackson Catering really delivered! We enjoyed two tastings before the wedding and were impressed by their personal attention as well as the delicious food. They were a pleasure to work with leading up to the big day and all of our guests LOVED the dinner (one guest even took the time to email Jackson to tell them!) which made us feel great. They even accommodated our vegan guests who really enjoyed their entree. Be sure to try: Shrimp Tostadas, Lentil Fritters, Cast Iron Crisp Chicken, and Ravioli.

Jackson did a wonderful job with our wedding in May 2021 (postponed from our original date in May 2020 - they made it easy!).

Danica is so helpful and knowledgable, and was super enjoyable to work with! She was so responsive and we really appreciated it; thanks, Danica! We had a blast at our tasting, and the food was absolutely delicious - it was hard to pick just a few items!

On the day of our wedding, I could not believe how amazing the whole team was. The food was great, tables looked gorgeous, service was spectacular, and they took care of even more than I expected! The bartender was also amazing. They added a lot of thoughtful touches, including meeting my husband and I with appetizers after the ceremony, making us full plates for dinner, and just being so accommodating.
