The videographer that came and shot our wedding was absolutely amazing. He definitely did his best to make us feel comfortable during the video process and was a genuinely nice man. He was also very willing to work with us and what we wanted. We’re both very pleased with the quality of his work!

My only complaint is that I wish they took more pictures, but how can you completely capture a wedding day with photos! We chose Ivory in Veil to help us capture our special day, and they were absolutely fantastic! The photographers were sweet and patient, captured wonderful photos, and sent them to us in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

They ruined my wedding photos. Before the wedding they asked me for a list of family and friends I absolutely had to have photos with. I emailed that list over to them with plenty of time before the wedding so they would know who to ask for. As everyone knows, the bride and groom (bride especially) get pulled in a million directions so organizing the group photos I assumed would fall on their shoulders, especially since I had a wedding coordinator to help them wrangle everyone that I wanted to be photographed with. They failed epically, both the photographers and wedding coordinator. They didn’t even get a photograph with just my mom and me. Not a single one. My out of town family from Ohio, not one. Our out of town family from Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia, not a single photo with them. By the time I realized these photos had not been taken the guests were already gone. I’ll never get the chance to have these memories captured again.
Now let’s discuss the quality of the photos. They were TERRIBLE. It’s almost like they tried to get the most unflattering angles and poses possible. There were maybe 10 photos I liked out of 200. Not to mention there were more photos of my dad and step mom’s dance (a beautiful wedding gift to myself and husband) then there were of me with family and friends.
They also included a flash drive with all the photos in the package. I got married in December 2024. I received the flash drive at the end of May after repeatedly asking them for updates, which took days to get a response back.
I’m so heartbroken over the entire experience I’ve only looked at the pictures twice, once alone and once with my mom and my mom was so hurt by the lack of photos she’s in (she’s in maybe 5 total) it broke my heart to see her fight back tears. I’m crying right now remembering the look of heartbreak on her face.
THEY EPICALLY FAILED AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY EVENT, especially one that’s important to you.
