Jon was awesome to work with, from initial outreach through the wedding day. Very flexible and experienced, he was a professional throughout the process. All aspects of the wedding went perfectly; ceremony sound, cocktail hour, dinner music and he killed it with the dancing set-list. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding DJ on block island!

Jon O'Neill was an awesome DJ for our wedding at the Sullivan House on Block Island! He's super friendly, collaborative, and was very responsive to my emails about the music we wanted for our reception. We talked to him a few days before the wedding to finalize the program and the playlist. He took care to know how to pronounce everyone's name, which was really nice. He captured exactly what kind of mood we wanted to set for each part of our reception with only a few songs from me as examples. With every song, I thought, "this is my jam!" Jon was also very careful not to play songs on our Do Not Play list, and he was the perfect MC - energetic and friendly but not taking over the entire reception. He also created a good balance of songs for the different age groups at our wedding. Our dance floor was never empty throughout the night! Thanks so much Jon for helping make our day wonderful. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone having a wedding on Block Island or in the area!

Jon O'Neill was great! He was very laid back and easy to work with and got everything just right when it came to the flow and vibe of our wedding, and playing all the songs on our (lengthy) request list :) Would highly recommend him for your Block Island wedding and the live guitar cocktail hour was definitely worth the add on as well.

Jon O'neil was a great DJ. Having a Block Island wedding a lot of contacting vendors was over the phone or email. He provided music for our ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
He played acoustic for our cocktail and it was great. His positive vibe and work was really what got our party going. In fact we paid him to stay for 2 more hours after the sound ordinance kicked in.. He played all our playlist and really was great to work with.
We highly recommend him for your wedding.

Marc at Island Wedding Entertainment was great. He handled our mix of religious/foreign music and popular American music excellently. He was extremely professional both before and during the event, providing us with all the information and song options beforehand. He kept the music at appropriate levels during the meal, and chose songs to pump up the guests during each dance set. He met with us before the event to make sure everything was set, and arrived early so that there were no problems during the reception. Marc was great to work with!

Marc did a great job. He played all of our favorites, and the dance floor was FULL the entire night!! It's the first wedding I've been to where there were a lot of people dancing the entire time, which meant everyone was having a great time and enjoying the music.
