Nestled at Mile Marker 83 in the heart of Islamorada, Sea Ranch Estate offers an exclusive 2.5-acre oceanfront haven, perfect for couples seeking a serene and intimate wedding experience. This private estate features two charming cottages, accommodating up to 12 guests, and provides a picturesque backdrop of swaying palms, a private sandy beach, and panoramic Atlantic views.​

Venue Highlights:

Accommodations: Two cottages with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests.

Event Capacity: Up to 175 guests for ceremonies and receptions.

Amenities: Heated beachside pool, skiff dock for shallow boats, game room with pool table and wet bar, tiki bar, and a wooden pier extending into the ocean.

Ceremony & Reception Spaces: Private beach, expansive deck, and lush tropical gardens.

Rental Details: $9,000 per week, with a $1,500 ceremony setup fee; includes 12 hours of event time (excluding setup and cleanup).

Policies: BYO alcohol permitted, amplified music allowed indoors and outdoors, approved outside caterers welcome, general liability insurance required.​
