I had an exceptionally positive experience working with Isabelle Klein as the wedding planner and floral designer for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in Vail.

This black-tie wedding had many moving parts - the ceremony was held at the top of Vail Mountain, while the reception took place at the base. In addition to the logistical challenges of coordinating two locations, we also needed to accommodate specific religious traditions for the ceremony, each requiring careful planning and attention to detail.

Throughout the entire planning process - and most importantly, on the day of the wedding - Isabelle remained calm, professional, and solution-oriented. Her recommendations for vendors were superb, particularly Soul X, the band she suggested, which set an incredibly positive and upbeat tone for what was truly a magical and special celebration.

Furthermore - and something I only learned weeks after the wedding - the meals that were supposed to be arranged for the band never materialized. Isabelle took the initiative to ensure the band was fed, quietly handling the issue so that it never disrupted the celebration. She only informed the bride’s mother afterward, ensuring that we, as parents, remained fully present in the moment.

Isabelle Kline and her team has been nothing short of fantastic. Isabelle has been with us every step of the wedding planning process. We got married August 2020 and Isabelle helped us navigate wedding planning during a global pandemic with calmness and kindness. She was there for us at any panicked moment and helped us make our wedding absolutely beautiful. She also did our floral arrangements which I can not stop staring at and have even preserved to frame so I can always look at the beautiful arrangement! I would highly recommend Isabelle and her team for anyone planning a wedding, big or small.

Isabelle, Heidi, and their team are so wonderful to work with! The venue required us to use a day of coordinator for our wedding and I'm so glad they did! I couldn't imagine our day without them. Isabelle was always available for my questions and her calm demeanor made everything feel like it would fall into place. Heidi was our actual day of coordinator and she is so lovely! Our friends are getting married in July and asked for her information. They made our day so perfect! My only complaint is their photo booth wasn't working properly. The quality of the photos are not great and no one really wanted to use it because of the issues. I'm disappointed that we don't have those fun photo booth keepsakes of everyone, but at least we have professional photos.

From our first phone interview, I instantly knew that I have found someone that can execute our wedding vision and will address any concerns and reservations we may have. Our wedding was a destination wedding not only for us, the Bride and Groom but for the entire wedding party, family and guests. Isabelle made sure that everyone attended had a wonderful and memorable time.

Throughout our wedding planning process I had a very open and easy communication with Isabelle. She handled ALL our vendors efficiently and communicated with them constantly.

One of our wish was to have a winter wonderland “Save the Date” photo surrounded by snow. Soon after our first conversation, Isabelle immediately recommended the best photographer for us, closely monitored the weather and within a week time my now Husband and I flew from Houston to Colorado to have the most perfect photo for our “Save The Date” invitations. She also found a videographer for us that was willing to do a “Same Day Video Edit” for all the guests to watch during the reception. It added a nice touch to our wedding and we were all able to see how the whole day unfolded in one video.

On the day of our wedding, Isabelle orchestrated the whole event smoothly and effortlessly. From organizing all the out of town guests, multiple vendors, decorating a separate wedding ceremony site and at the same time supervising both the bride and groom’s preparations and separate pre-ceremony photo shoots. Everything was perfect from pre-wedding preparations, ceremony and reception.

No wedding is ever too big or too small for Isabelle. Isabelle will ensure that your wedding will be stress free, unique, beautiful and will leave a lasting impression to you and all of your guests. We are extremely thankful to have found her!

I truly could not have asked for a better planner. From start to finish Isabelle was willing to be as involved or as not involved as I wanted. I was able to take the reigns on some of the planning with her guidance which was so fun for me, and then when I asked her to take care of other aspects she did so so efficiently. She helped give support when I was stressing out, and was available essentially anytime I needed her.

In terms of the wedding itself, she did such a great job making my vision come to life. Everything I asked for between the color scheme, to table settings, to just the little extras was everything I could have asked for and more. She went out of her way to not only ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted, but also to help us save money by picking the best vendors snd showing us multiple options with different pricing. I don’t think I could have ever had a destination wedding in Vail, Colorado without her based on all of the logistical planning that was required. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Isabelle as our wedding planner. Isabelle and her team assisted us with our destination wedding in the Denver area. Our wedding was two days with two ceremonies and two receptions in three different locations. Needless to say, there was a lot of planning and attention to detail involved! From the moment I first spoke to Isabelle a year and a half before our wedding, I knew she was the perfect person to assist us with our wedding. Not only is Isabelle an experienced professional in her industry, but she is also a genuine, loving and hard-working person. Isabelle didn't just care about business, she cared about us. She wanted us to have the perfect wedding and did everything in her power to make that happen (and she succeeded).

Two and a half months prior to our wedding, one of our venues let us know that they were doing construction and due to delays, we would not be able to host one of our receptions in the location we had agreed on. When Isabelle heard about this, she found a different location (and a more beautiful one) within a day!!! Not only did she find us an even better location, she coordinated with them and ensured that were all up to speed. We would not have been able to host our wedding at the new location if it weren't for Isabelle and her relationships! Isabelle and her team worked tirelessly to ensure every single detail was taken care of. She recommended amazing vendors to us and she even held packages at her house for us! On the day of our wedding, there was a highway accident which delayed our wedding by almost 2 hours. Isabelle swiftly communicated to all our vendors and ensured that everything was taken care of despite the delay. She even arranged extra transportation at the very last minute (which is really hard to do!).

Isabelle is the definition of going above and beyond. Not only is she an extraordinary planner, she is wonderful friend!!

Isabelle did the day of coordination and floral for our wedding. She was amazing! She did way more than just day of coordination, by sending me referrals for vendors, and answering my questions all along the way. She went above and beyond by meeting us at the event rental company to help decide on rentals, meeting with us before the rehearsal to take all the decorations, and more. Her team worked so hard to ensure everything went seamlessly the day of the wedding, and knowing she was behind it all really helped me relax. The decor, and floral were so beautiful, I can't imagine going through this process without her help. I highly recommend her for both coordination as well as floral!
