We wanted something different for our reception. Isabella's fit the bill. They did an amazing Mexican buffet that people still rave about. They are reasonably priced and fit in to my tight budget. They showed up on time, set up quickly. They even packed us to-go boxes to take with us!

To say I was disappointed by Isabella's Catering would be an understatement. I was impressed by Isabella's when I first met with them, but they were terrible on the day of the wedding dinner. They said they would arrive at the venue an hour before the event, but they arrived literally 5 minutes before as my guest were arriving. When we called 35 minutes prior to the event to see where they were, they were unable to locate the driver. They also didn't seem very helpful in trying to help us figure out what we were going to do if the driver never showed up. It arrived just in the nick of time, but caused lots of stress. We asked for them to pick up the food at 8:00, and they didn't show up until 9:00. This prompted an 8:45 wal mart run to buy food storage containers, so we could transport the food home without it spilling in the car. Again they arrived, but just an hour late. They never offered an explanation or an apology. All in all, the food was good, but the customer service was awful. I would NOT recommend this caterer to any stressed out bride.
