Iron Manor is a historic mansion wedding venue in Montgomery, Texas. The gorgeous building is located near Lake Conroe and is available for showing by appointment seven days a week. It took two and a half years to restore the historic building, which spans 17,000 square feet and is filled with riveted steel and brick walls. The builders wanted to construct something that is unlike any other building around it; it is their version of art and has turned into a stunning wedding venue.
Facilities and Capacity
Iron Manor has two spaces available for weddings and ceremonies. The Iron Chapel at Iron Manor has 6,450 square feet of space, is completely climate controlled, and comfortably seats up to 350 guests. With high arches and open web trusses, the beauty of the Carnegie steel is exposed in addition to the brick interior walls. The wall of windows at the front of the chapel allows for plenty natural light during your ceremony. The second location at Iron Manor is Crane Hall. This is the product of a reimagined 115-year-old Carnegie steel building. Crane Hall has an Armington Over-Head crane that is one of the oldest still-functioning cranes in the world and spans the width of the entire building. With 20-foot ceilings and massive beans overhead, the industrial feel of this room will create a uniquely beautiful backdrop and atmosphere for your reception. The hall can accommodate up to 350 guests and has an adjoining area with an additional 600 square feet that can be used as a lounge area, food service area, or anything you desire.
Iron Manor offers venue rentals for weddings and other special events. For your convenience, tables and chairs are included when you book your wedding at the Iron Manor. The Chapel offers industrial tolix-style chairs and is the location of the groom's quarters and a bridal suite. In Crane Hall, diamond-back Chiavari chairs, 72-inch round tables, and 8-foot rectangular tables are provided. The designers and planners at Iron Manor can help bring your wedding vision to life. Other items and services offered include:
Iron Manor began construction in summer of 2018 but the bones of the building were removed from the Honea Settlement in Montgomery County, Texas in 2015. The 6,250-square-foot Crane House of Iron Manor was originally built in 1903 for the Pure Oil COmpany and the steel that is used was made by Carnegie Steel. Carnegie Steel was founded by one of America’s greatest philanthropists and industrial magnates, Andrew Carnegie. Each column was stamped with the Carnegie Steel Co. seal, which makes it a significant part of America’s history. Iron Manor has been built with extreme attention to detail to ensure it is truly one-of-a-kind.

Future Bride at Iron Manor
Even though this place is under construction, you can see the beauty and elegance that it will be. We were sold on the Bridal and Grooms Suite! We booked our date for next June! Super excited to say we were one of the firsts! Can’t wait until completion! Perfect venue for large wedding/reception with plenty of room for everyone.Sent on 04/10/2019

Iron Manor is truly a FAIRYTALE! I fell in love within minutes of looking at this venue in person. It has absolutely everything you could want. Also, Mohna was the venue representative we were with during our tour and she was BEYOND helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us see the vision of this venue.Sent on 01/08/2019
