I found this company through Yelp & Groupon. Jason's on-site person, Armando, showed up on time. The booth & props were great. The photobooth album that came with the package we purchased was a basic 20 page album which wasn't an issue since we liked the old-school feel. The guests were really happy with the photobooth & took lots of pictures. The main issue I had was when Armando turned my mom away from signing our album because "there wasn't enough space." That's a BIG NO-NO. It made me wonder how many other guests were turned away from signing our album if the MOTHER-OF-THE-BRIDE had been turned away. That's why Flexibility was only 3 stars. Also, I would skip paying the extra $25 for the custom postcard style design. The final product looked nothing like the final sample Jason e-mailed me: the format was wrong & our wedding logo had been improperly re-sized -it's money I wish I had spent on something else, such as the Facebook upload. Also, make sure to check the CD where all the images are stored as soon as you receive it: our CD played once on our computer and wouldn't play again. Thankfully, after contacting Jason, he finally found a way to deliver the images via e-mail link. It took some time, but Jason came through. Overall, Instaglam is really good value for the money & Jason does respond back to you in a timely fashion, even after your event is over.
