Sandi and the staff at the Inn at Canal Square were great. Everyone was very helpful through every stage of our planning process. The hotel is beautiful and view from their Waterview Room is fantastic.

The Inn at Canal Square is a beautiful place. We visited to reserve a block of rooms and suites for the bridal party. I emailed Jesse immediately after our visit to book the block of rooms,as he said they didn't have anything booked that weekend. I followed up 3 times and it wasn't until I called that he told me that they already had a wedding that weekend. I was extremely upset, as had he checked his email he would've seen that I contacted him first for a block of rooms.

Regardless, we booked the 2 suites for the bridal party which ended up working out perfectly. The only thing is that the AC wasn't working in one of the suites 1 day, and it was so cold the next day by the time they sent the repairman it didn't matter anymore. Overall, I would go back there but their events person need to be more responsive.
