Nick and Rachel Williams are the owners of “Indy Event Services.” Within this business also exists “The Indy Driver”
Between the two of them, they have over 22 years of experience in the party planning industry. Both Nick and Rachel are perfectionists; something that comes in quite handy, when it comes to event planning and coordinating.
Nick attended IUPUI for business, and has worked as a caterer, a bartender, an instructor; and for the past eight years, he has worked as a financial executive at a chain of well-known institutions. The idea for this business was formed years ago, but has been side barred for a while.
When Nick found out that his former employer was closing their doors, he started driving part-time for Uber. It wasn’t long before he realized that he could make substantially more money by starting his own car service; consequently, The Indy Driver was born. A few customers turned into quite a few, and so the snowball began.
Rachel graduated from IUPUI with her B.A., majoring in psychology. She worked at several different medical facilities: One with troubled youth, and at another facility as an A.B.A. Autism Therapist. She is currently a managing partner at the business, a full-time mother, and because of her love for books, a part-time worker at the county library.
With the resurrection of “Indy Event Services,” Nick and Rachel are providing a one-stop wedding planning service. They are able to keep the prices very competitive, because most of the vendors that they use are talented friends and family members. Nick even got his Ministers License, and he now officiates weddings.

Nick is one of the most professional men I have ever met. Regarding his officiating of weddings, he is completely ethical, moral, and most importantly, he's a great Christian. I would highly recommend his services. He goes above and beyond to make a special day even more special. You can count on him for not only, genuinely listening & caring for your needs but implementung them thoroughly. He's the absolute best.
