Danielle was amazing at helping us put everything together and managing all of our day of needs. It was an absolutely beautiful place to have a wedding. Our guests had a great time and the food was delicious.

IHCC and Claire were beyond amazing in an extremely difficult time for wedding planning. Our original plans were for a grand ballroom celebration in Buckhead, but as the COVID epidemic dragged on, it became clear that we would need to massively downsize and move toward an outdoor venue, so we looked to IHCC.

Claire talked through every element of the reception with us on multiple occasions as we worked through how to have a great celebration that also kept everyone as safe as possible. She showed us detailed diagrams of possible setups and we worked together to pick one. Some of the solutions we arrived at were a bit nonstandard – turning buffets and passed hors d’oeuvres into served courses, setting up a layout that would encourage social distancing while giving people spots to sit as they got tired, and others – but she was so flexible and able to make all of them happen, seemingly effortlessly. …And then we had to redo almost all of it as it became clear that there could be heavy rain during our reception. Claire texted with us up to and including the morning of the wedding to make sure that everything came together despite the last-minute changes.

As a result of Claire’s attention to detail, the event was truly perfect. The food was outstanding and accommodated food allergies of both the bride and groom. COVID precautions were taken extremely seriously throughout, with all staff wearing masks and keeping their distance as much as possible, while also seeming very friendly. Claire kept the event moving, checking in with us a few times about when to serve the next course, when to pass out the champagne, etc. This made the event feel fluid and relaxed for us. The patio and surrounding grounds are extremely beautiful and made for picturesque photographs. And, for what it’s worth, the cost of the event was quite affordable.

In the end, we were so thrilled that we realized we should have started our planning at IHCC all along, since it couldn’t have possibly gone any better. Thank you to Claire and the IHCC team!

We loved our wedding reception at Indian Hills country club! From the beginning stages of planning to event execution, Katherine Rich and her team were incredibly helpful, experienced, and fun to work with! I cannot say enough great things about Katherine. Our original wedding day was scheduled right in the thick of the COVID breakout (April), and she was so understanding and flexible with helping us to change our wedding date. You can imagine all the little things that go into planning and re-planning a wedding reception too many times to count throughout this pandemic. Katherine showed so much poise and determination in re-adjusting the plans for our group to ensure a wonderful and safe celebration for all. She is also a really fun person to be around and immediately establishes your trust. Her event and wedding planning experience is clear to see, and she excels at doing whatever it takes to meet her client's needs. These are difficult times to plan events, but I am confident that the entire Indian Hills staff took every possible safety measure into account to make sure it was both a safe and fun event. This is a beautiful space (both indoor and outdoor) to have your wedding and/or reception. Highly recommend!!

Let me first start by saying Katherine was the best. Indian Hills inherited our wedding when our venue ended up permanently closing due to COVID-19. Katherine welcomed us at Indian Hills, and was able to make our wedding perfect despite our previous struggles. On the day-of, she was so attentive and willing to make sure any of our requests could happen. She helped our guests feel welcome and never wanting.

The other employees at the club were also so kind and attentive. Our wedding went so smoothly, and so much of that can be accounted for by the club.

Working with Kathryn, the Event Coordinator, was delightful and the service staff was outstanding! Christina took care of everything in the bar. No lines for drinks as so many experienced staffers were there to take care of everything. And the food was great! Thanks to all the Indian Hills staff that made this such a joyous occasion that all my guests raved about!

Katherine and her crew at Indian Hills Country Club are top notch. They're flexible and able to make your day absolutely perfect. They care and that's so much more than loads of places these days. If you're thinking of booking them, JUST DO IT!

Our wedding was so amazing. Katherine and team had everything so perfect. She was so detailed and organized that everything went smoothly. It was truly a first class event.

Why KATHERINE??? because she is wonderful! From the moment Scott and I met her, we knew she would make our day perfect. And she did! We couldn’t have done this without her. She was on point and very organized. Loved most about her was her attitude and personality. She is always happy and will prevent you from becoming bridezilla. I was so relaxed the entire 6 months planning because Katherine made it a smooth process. The day came and it was stunning, all because of Katherine. I didn’t lay a finger on the decor. She knew exactly what to do!

Food was delicious! Our guests raved about how stunning the place looked. Everyone was very attentive. Super sweet and professional staff with tons of personality. They will keep you laughing!

Very clean venue. Bathrooms were kept clean. Lockers rooms smelled wonderful :) My wedding party had a great time in the bridal room.

Words cannot equate to the gratitude we feel for Indian Hill Country Club and the Staff. Besides the beautiful venue and food, the drinks were great as well. Katherine was so detail oriented, flexible, and just amazing. Our wedding went so well even with some last minute issues, it turned out beautifully with Katherine running the entire event. She made sure we had everything we needed and everything flowed so well. We are so happy and grateful and will recommend IHCC and Katherine to anyone I meet. Our wedding day was better than anything we could have imagined and we know we owe a huge part of that to Indian Hills. We started our planning with the venue about a year out, and throughout the entire process, the staff at IHCC was nothing but accommodating with every detail. The incredibly professional staff helped our day go by without a hitch.

The grounds are extremely well maintained and provided beautiful backdrops for all of our pictures. We loved that we were able to use almost the entire property- the greens, outdoor landscaped area, locker rooms for getting ready, and especially the gorgeous, newly renovated ballroom.

The onsite wedding manager, Katherine Rich, is phenomenal. She took care of our every need from the moment she took on our wedding day and we know this day would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her direction and attention to detail. We can't thank her enough.
