My name is Maria Cappa. I am a 37 year old mom of 2 by c-section and one short year ago I was thoroughly digusted with myself.

I was overweight and unhappy. And it was affecting every area of my life. My mom had passed away a year prior in her early 60's and I had vowed that I would take better care of myself so that I could be around as long as possible for MY children. I just didn't know how to do it.

While on vacation at Sesame Place with my children, I had a life changing experience. Every time I would go into the hotel room and turn on the television, there was an infomercial for P90X on. EVERY time. I knew it had to be some sort of sign. On my way home from vacation, I ordered it and I can honestly say it has changed my life.

I had such success with many of the Beachbody Programs (P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Fire, ChaLean Extreme and most importantly Shakeology) that I decided to become a coach and pay it forward. Helping others who share that same frustration that I knew all too well. Teaching them how to be happy with who they are and healthier than they ever thought possible. I only wish I had found Beachbody before MY wedding, then maybe I wouldn't have had to squeeze myself into that size 10 dress!!
