To get married during Covid has been a challenge to say the least. My now wife and I had no idea what to do. We have this backyard, we can have an outdoor event, but who would make our fantasy into a reality. Enter AJ and In Thyme Catering. Beyond perfection. And honestly, it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The staff was beyond attentive to everything. They treated everyone in attendance like royalty. From their partnering tent company, Prestige Party Rental, the staff, the kitchen truck, to the best food I've had from a wedding. It was so surreal. I honestly forgot that we were in a backyard. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a caterer. Out of a scale of 5, my nephew gave it a 15!!!

We first discovered In Thyme after attending a friend's wedding, since we thought the food, presentation and service were equally excellent. While we did tastings with other caterers, In Thyme was far and away the most professional and provided the best food. From the start we dealt with Brianna, and while we had many back and forths regarding the contract up until the wedding, she was beyond accommodating and patient. The day of the wedding was no exception, and the food, service and table settings were flawless. Her team even arranged our cupcake table - even though they didn't provide the dessert - and the result was Pinterest worthy. My husband and I are beyond thrilled with how our wedding turned out, and we have Brianna and her team to thank for a big part of that. Please hire them if you want to have the best wedding ever!

There are not enough words in the English vocabulary to begin to show how much Chris and I appreciate A.J and his spectacular staff at In Thyme Catering!!! My mother has known A.J. for years and has used his services for catering events she puts on for work. Once Chris and I were engaged there was no doubt in our mind that A.J would be our wedding caterer. The food itself is just to die for, but that is not the only reason he is must use. The way he and his staff present the food shows how much they love what they do. Over 3 months later and my guests are still talking about how impressed they were by the food presentation!! My husbands favorite was the grilled cheese sandwiches with the shot glass of soup accompanying it :) I did have a few bumps in the road while the date was approaching and he stepped up and helped us out tremendously and with seamless style. A month before our wedding day we were informed that hurricane Irene had damaged our original wedding venue. A.J stepped right in and made a few phone calls and within a day he had contacted a friend he had made trough catering over the years and we were able to switch everything over smoothly!!
