With my Passion for Culinary Arts I started my Career in the food service industry in 1992 working at a local upscale Italian Restaurant. In 2000 I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park New York. It was there I was fortunate enough to work and learn from Master Chefs from all around the World.

Since 2007 we have been independently owned and operated, we focus on professional service and Exquisite Cuisine. Our experienced staff pays the utmost attention to detail and quality of service, ensuring a well-organized and hassle free catered event from start to finish.
