I cannot express enough how amazing Ashley was throughout the entire process and especially on our wedding day. I was a little hesitant about even having a video of our wedding day but I am so happy with mine and my husband's decision to do it. I was actually shocked that I loved our video more than our photo album, it felt like the photographer we hired just didn't pick up the same things Ashley did. I couldn’t be more happy with the services rendered by Ashley. Professional, thoughtful, and very creative.

Ashley has blown our expectations out of the water in quality of service, responsiveness, willingness to work flexibly, and deliver products which directly reflected our needs and highlighted the best of who we are as a couple. She listened carefully and delivered perfectly. Her originality is unmatched in the area. She is a hard-working and committed professional that I would be enthusiastic about working with in the future.

Video was good, but took additional time to deliver product

Had her for our wedding in October. Mostly unresponsive, however as of June the video has been produced. Very good product, very impressed with her work. Videographer expressed her apologies and she had a good reason as to why things were behind. Wish she was a bit more responsive during the wait however.

It’s been 6 months since my friend’s wedding and they still haven’t received their video. She was nice leading up to the wedding and the day, after that she basically became unresponsive and stopped responding to their message, until she blocked them. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
Do not recommend them. You’ll be paying for memories you won’t get to see.

When my husband and I were planning our wedding the one thing that was an absolute must was a videographer. I was widowed before remarrying and my greatest regret was not having photography/videography of that day to look back on. We hired Ashley for our August 2021 wedding earlier in the year. Per our contract we were to expect an 8-10 week turnaround for our wedding video. Weeks passed and there was no video and no communication. Ashley lacks accountability and failed to reach out to tell us that there would be a delay in receiving our video. Instead she was unresponsive to my email and follow up text several days to a week later. I tried to be understanding that things can get backed up during the busy season, emergencies happen, etc. She finally returned my call in October and made several excuses as to why she never reached out and why we had yet to receive our video. On two separate occasions I was told to expect the video in my email within the week or two. I’m terribly disappointed in her lack of professionalism and failure to uphold our contract. I had to reach out to several engaged friends who I had previously referred her to; to warn them of doing business with her. We hope to recoup our losses, but at this point I am not holding my breath. I just hope to save another couple the heartache of not being able to relive their special day or share it with loved ones who could not be there.

Do NOT hire this person. My wedding was June 2021 and I still do not have my wedding video. Ashley kept promising I would have it by a certain date and said “things were crazy” and offered no explanation. She stopped responding to me. I will be filing a civil suit and/or pressing criminal charges. She took my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Daughter was married in June 2021 and still no video, no response as to why, just ignores my voicemail, emails and FB messages. Taking next step, reach out to attorney. The decency of a response would of avoided this measure.
