Facilities and Capacity
Hummingbird Hill offers a gorgeous white chapel for indoor ceremonies. An outdoor space is also available by the pond for a romantic exchange of vows against the breathtaking landscape. The barn's interior boasts wooden paneling and roofing, with exposed beams and rafters. Up to 400 people from near and far can be hosted within this space. Large chandeliers hang along the center, flooding the room with a warm glow. The area is customizable, allowing for décor to match the theme, tone, and personality of the nearlyweds.
Services Offered
Guests can avail of lodging options at Hummingbird Hill, with nine guest rooms to accommodate friends and families. A large common area with a commercial kitchen is on-site for catering companies to use during the wedding event. The newlyweds have access to the private Honeymoon Cabin, allowing them to begin their first day of marriage in style. With three fully stocked ponds, highland cows, and miniature donkeys on site, there is no shortage of photographic sights for newlyweds and their guests to explore and capture. Amazing Experience!
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice! Additionally, we definitely recommend booking the hotel for the weekend. This allowed us to get to the venue on Friday to decorate, have the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding all without having the leave the property!
We cannot say enough great things about this venue, we’re still blown away by our whole experience!
P.S. sorry if the pictures of our actual wedding are not the best quality, the two I posted were from my photographer’s facebook. We haven’t gotten our pictures back just yet.
Amazing Venue with Wonderful Owners!
When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a few things. A barn, an inside ceremony hall, and flexibility to utilize vendors we wanted.
The owners (Brandon & Kaylin) were it! Their venue is truly such a dream, and we felt so lucky to be one of the first couples to get married since completing their passion project.
We remember the day we showed up to tour seeing them ride up on a side by side, and my husband looked at me and said I like it here! They walked us through the whole place, step by step giving us all the details of the thought and creativity that went into building this place.
The venue itself is an absolute beauty, and having the lodge made the night before that much more special. We were able to share the night with our bridal party and parents (and had a very early morning the next day).
During the process there were things that fell through, and last minute oops if you must, but what I can say is that the owners were transparent. They communicated clearly with us when things were headed in a different direction, and did everything in their power to make the day all about us.
Could not have had a better experience!
