Hummingbird hill staff were prompt in their communication and very professional. They helped with beautiful floral designs for the venue and helped make all of us guests feel comfortable and cared for in the living accommodations. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding. It was lovely and a wonderful experience.

Got married here a week ago and we are still talking about how perfect the day was. The owners, Kaylin and Brandon were exceptional in truly making our perfect day come to life. They were both so beyond helpful from making big ideas happen with our food trucks to the small details of moving pictures and helping with decorating. It was even better that she did all of the florals in house so she knew exactly what would work there. The wedding process I heard was stressful but honestly did not feel that way with how accommodating they were with us. HIGHLY recommend also booking the lodge as we got to enjoy a whole weekend with family and friends that we will remember for a lifetime. We couldn’t be more blessed that we came across the beautiful, family-owned Hummingbird Hill Chappell Hill Venue!

Brandon & Kaylin were amazing to work with! As wedding planners, they were easy to work with and went above and beyond not only for the bride and groom but also for us as coordinators. The venue is beautiful and every detail was thought out. We couldn't recommend them more!

This venue is nothing short of amazing!!! We had our wedding shower, bridal pictures, and wedding here and we could not be happier about how all three turned out. Brandon and Kaylin were both extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process. From helping pick vendors to the day of coordinating, they were there for it all.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice! Additionally, we definitely recommend booking the hotel for the weekend. This allowed us to get to the venue on Friday to decorate, have the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding all without having the leave the property!
We cannot say enough great things about this venue, we’re still blown away by our whole experience!

The venue hosts were awesome! Super responsive, flexible, and accommodating. If there was anything they could do for us they would in a hurry! 10 out of 10 for me!

My husband & I got married at Hummingbird Hill on 1/21/24. We had an absolutely incredible experience.

When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a few things. A barn, an inside ceremony hall, and flexibility to utilize vendors we wanted.

The owners (Brandon & Kaylin) were it! Their venue is truly such a dream, and we felt so lucky to be one of the first couples to get married since completing their passion project.

We remember the day we showed up to tour seeing them ride up on a side by side, and my husband looked at me and said I like it here! They walked us through the whole place, step by step giving us all the details of the thought and creativity that went into building this place.

The venue itself is an absolute beauty, and having the lodge made the night before that much more special. We were able to share the night with our bridal party and parents (and had a very early morning the next day).

During the process there were things that fell through, and last minute oops if you must, but what I can say is that the owners were transparent. They communicated clearly with us when things were headed in a different direction, and did everything in their power to make the day all about us.

Could not have had a better experience!
