Justin and his family are everything you want in a photographer and more! The product he produces is outstanding and he really knows how to capture the most incredible moments. My now husband and I did not have any experience being professionally photographed and justin has a way of making it feel so natural and he makes it fun! He also does an incredible job of remaining discreet and not taking away from all the special moments of your special day.

We booked Justin for our engagement photos as well and I would 1000% recommend doing this. You get a chance to get to know him and him to get to know you before your wedding day all while Having some incredible photos/memories to look back on.

We hired Hulse photography for our daughter’s wedding in April. From our first meeting with them to the end of the wedding day, they were very professional, calm, and easy to work with. Prior to the wedding, they gave us a timeline of what was going to happen and when. This was so helpful to us as we planned our time on the wedding day. They also gave us suggestions on vendors for other services and hotels. When we arrived at the venue on the wedding day, they were set up and ready to go. From that point on, we could relax and enjoy the day while they guided us through everything. They were very conscious of the timeline and kept things moving without making us feel rushed or stressed. The pictures were great and captured all of the special moments. I am so thankful they were our photographers and highly recommend them!

I could not be more grateful that we chose Hulse to photograph our wedding! Justin was an absolute joy to work with on the day and made sure that we got all of the pictures we wanted. He knew exactly where on the venue to go for the best photos, and we got the pictures back in an absurdly short turn around (around 2 weeks!). We also went with the Photo Booth option, and not only do the pictures also look brilliant, but everyone loved it! Hulse Photography captured our wedding day like no other! (I'll share a few pics.)

What people don't tell you about weddings is how essential a role your photographers, videographers, dj's, etc. play in making your "Big" day go smoothly. Needless to say, the amazing team at Hulse Photography guided us through each step along the way. They managed to get through my long photo wish list AND capture tons of candid moments and wedding details that I hadn't even thought of before. They have an eye for lighting and a knack for helping people overcome their nerves while being photographed.

Plus, they're team-players. They worked side-by-side with our videographer and DJ to ensure that everyone stayed on schedule and stayed out of frame.

They also managed to start sending us our photos within two weeks of our wedding day! From what I've heard from other brides, that turnaround time is a lot faster than most.

To top it all off, they're incredibly friendly and wonderful people.

Seriously, stop your search now and hire these folks! They're amazing!!

Julie and Justin Hulse are an amazing team! My husband proposed to me in April of 2017 and we were able to pick a wedding date in April of 2018. I fell in love with Hulse Photography's artistic style when I had booked the venue, Wilson Creek Winery. They had photos displayed all over the place from Hulse Photography and I couldn't take my eyes off them! When I had called in September to get a quote I initially thought that their prices would be outside of our budget. However, I knew if I wanted to spend good money on one thing for the wedding it would be the photos. Hulse Photography DID NOT disappoint! We got to work with Julie and Justin for our Engagement Photos which was a great introduction to their style and how we would all work together on the big day. They did not have my husband and I be overly posey and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. My husband hates taking photos and they made him feel at ease the entire time. I was shocked when I got our engagement photos back so soon and that there were sooo many good shots! I had to call Julie and ask her if I could get more copies so that I could get more of them printed, they were that good! Together Julie and Justin make an incredible pair with a unique artistic eye. When the big day came around we had Julie as our main photographer and one of her assistants. Julie primarily worked with the bridal party while we got ready and yet again I never felt overly posed. I was so comfortable because of the initial quality of the engagement shoot that I knew Julie would take care of us on the big day. Needless to say the photos came out wonderfully! I am happy with not just the quality but the over all ease of the experience in working with Hulse Photography.

Julie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely flexible and helpful during the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on our big day. Her ideas were fun and she is always willing to work in any we had! I strongly recommend Hulse for your big day, you won't regret it!

WOW. This is what sums up Julie Hulse in a nutshell. I noticed that almost every winery we visited, the name "Hulse Photography" was watermarked on each promo photo. These photos were gorgeous, and an unattainable dream to me- or so I thought. Julie had photographed our venue once before, so being as it was a new winery, we wanted to go with someone with experience. The photographer was the one wedding item we splurged on and it was worth every penny. Julie makes being in front of the camera so effortless. She is extremely professional, yet casual. She and her assistant made sure every shot was perfect, and even let us come up with a few of our own poses and candid photos. Her photos are nothing short of breathtaking, without the effort of looking Photoshopped. I cannot recommend Hulse Photography enough!

I just wanted to say thank you to Justin for taking such amazing pictures and being apart of our special day! I already knew the pictures were going to be stunning, but everyone else keeps messaging me to tell me what an amazing photographer we had and how INCREDIBLE the pictures turned out! I knew after seeing my sister's pictures and working with Justin on her wedding day that I had to have him at my wedding. My mom and I made sure that he could be our photographer because it wouldn't have been the same without him! He made us all feel so comfortable, we had so much fun, and the end result was somehow so much better than I could have ever dreamed my wedding photos would turn out (and I had already visioned something spectacular before I had seen the pictures)! I hate taking photographs! Justin made it so easy and fun though! Haven't even gotten our wedding photos back but if the engagement photos are any indication, they'll be amazing!
