My fiance bought my beautiful engagement ring from Howard's. It was a tad too big so the next morning they made sure to keep an open slot for me to come in and have it re-sized. Everyone was wonderful and we left feeling like family. I will definitely go back and buy my fiance's ring as well as my wedding band.

I love Howards. My fiance saw several rings that he liked and they customized my engagement ring to his liking. They are extremely helpful, and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at Howard's Discount Jewelry have been very helpful from the beginning. We searched for engagement rings that I liked, and wedding bands that we both liked for a very long time and at many different places, and Howard's ended up being the winner. The ring options were much more unique than the other places (it seemed like all the other places had pretty much the same type of rings), and the staff was much less pushy. In fact, they were not pushy at all. They were informative, helpful, friendly, and gave us the time and space to make an informed decision. The prices were very reasonable as well. The rings were not cheap, but they were not overpriced/marked up like many of the other vendors.

I loved their service with my antique engagement ring. They had it done earlier than what they had told me. I was so excited to get to pick it up early. The man showed me wedding bands and really took his time to talk to me. I will be going back to buy wedding bands from them.

Long story short...my husband bought me jewelry from here. After he died I went in with some money I found in his wallet to buy something to remember him by. They sold me something way more than I should have spent, seeing in the computer that my husband used to buy me expensive pieces. (That he saved for months for!!l). They took advantage if my emotional state, saying my husband would want me to have something with diamonds not cubic zirconia. Then when I went in a few months later to use a store credit and reward I had earned from spending so much they wouldn't allow me to use my late husband's $20 reward because he wasn't there in person. I told the sales lady "do you want me to bring his ashes?" He died. Of course he can't be there but over 3 yrs he's spent a couple thousand and he was a loyal customer. They don't care. They just want your money. And they don't accept returns. In articles about reputable jewelers it says they will accept returns. This is not a reputable jeweler. They just care about money.
