Working with Alessandra Apoian during the planning process and the team at Casa Del Mar on the day of my son's wedding was a great experience. Alessandra was responsive, professional and an extremely pleasant person. The wrap up and finalizing of details after the event went smoothly as well.

This was my dream venue and I can assure you I was not disappointed! Possibly the best part was that they brought us out the hors d'oeuvres when we were doing the photos during the cocktail hour! I was so pleased because I was concerned I'd miss them and they were delicious! It was a gorgeous place and the service was top notch. Everyone was friendly and excited and so many of the guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! And you can't beat the location - it was ideal to be right at the beach in the ballroom, but not have to worry about the elements of an outdoor wedding. In addition, you know you're getting the venue's full attention because there's only the one ballroom and therefore only one wedding going on at a time. We were very well taken care of!

Hotel Casa Del Mar and their entire team were SO great to work with. They made sure that everything went perfectly and accommodated every request with professionalism. It is a gorgeous hotel and the ballroom is magnificent. I am so lucky to have chosen such a wonderful place and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Having our wedding at Casa del Mar was a no-brainer! It's a gorgeous hotel, with a stunning ballroom, right on the beach. Toby Lent was an amazing coordinator (he has since left CDM) and he and the Casa del Mar team made us feel like a million bucks on our wedding day. Five-star customer service that is simply unbeatable.

If you're looking for a seamless wedding planning experience, I highly recommend Casa Del Mar. After signing our contract, our first catering manager was Michael. Michael was fantastic-accomodating, savvy, and funny. We were concerned when Michael left before our wedding that things might not go as well due to his departure. Luckily, we were quickly assigned a new manager-Toby (Director of Catering). Toby was awesome to work with as well and made sure that all his i's were dotted and t's were crossed so that the items we discussed with Michael were explicitly documented and delivered the day of. After meeting with Toby, I knew all pieces of our wedding relating to Casa Del Mar would be handled professionally and they were. Many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding they've ever been to and complimented the fine service they received from Casa Del Mar's catering staff.

My favorite thing about Casa Del Mar in relation to other venues we looked at is their package deal. The package is inclusive of tax, service, bar, and even a cake. This made budgeting so much easier-we did not have to worry about being nickel and dimed and charged for every little item. With the package, it was easy to predict what our venue related expenses would be.

Of course, the other huge advantage of Casa Del Mar is the location. It is unparalleled in LA. Many of our guests were from the East Coast, so providing them with a fun location for the wedding weekend was very important to us.

Casa Del Mar is just gorgeous and the perfect place for your wedding!! From the service, to the food, to the accommodations, this is the place you want to get married. Bruce Hochberger made all of my dreams come true. My mom and I met with 3 other 5 star hotels in the area but NOTHING compared to Bruce at Casa Del Mar. From the beginning, Bruce gave us the attention we deserved. He is so organized, flexible and very personable. Bruce was by my side from A to Z, even post wedding. The ballroom is beautiful, food is delicious, and service is outstanding. We'd work with Bruce at Casa Del Mar again in a heart beat.

I am originally from the East Coast, now permanently living in the West LA area. When I first moved to the area, one of the first places my now-new-hubby took me to visit was Santa Monica Pier.. because I absolutely love the beach, the sun.. the soft sand.. and well, just sitting out there.. baking. To top it off, the Pier is gorgeous!

So when it came time to deciding our venue, it was a no brainer. Santa Monica. When it came down to the exact location, we decided to visit all the venues. I personally, fell in L-O-V-E with the Colonnade ballroom at Casa del Mar. It is soooo romantic and chandeliers are soo elegant, the room needs very little decoration. It was as if it was out of a dream. and one thing came to my mind... MY WEDDING PHOTOS ARE GOING TO BE AWESOME.... this sealed the deal.

I met with Toby the events manager, and he was very helpful! I even remember giving him a hug at the end of the tour when we first met, because there was such relief to FINALLY FINDING THE VENUE! I think he laughed at me, the crazy bride, and welcomed me with open arms.

The day of the wedding, the event went off without a hitch! The hotel provided the catering-- including food/alcohol-- and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff was so gracious and professional.

I was so happy this venue, I would recommend this location to any bride! Worth every penny!!

Toby and the team at Casa Del Mar are fantastic!!! Our wedding reception was truly amazing thanks to them... Our wedding guests RAVED about the food, location, and excellent service throughout the reception.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Everything was perfect! Michael Kossart was great to work with. He was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. The staff at Casa Del Mar was extraordinary as well. They provided us with great service and the price was really reasonable. We were extremely happy with the venue and service. Our guests were also very happy with the venue. We had several guests say it was the best wedding they've been to. Can't say enough good things about Casa Del Mar.

Casa Del Mar is the most beautiful and romantic venue I have ever seen! Everything was seamless & beautiful & so well orchestrated by everyone working on our wedding. I felt like the most important bride they ever hosted a wedding for! From the servers, to the managers, to captains they were all phenomenal, attentive & most importantly accessible.

The ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking! The wall of windows & the view of the ocean while you're exchanging vows is romantic, gorgeous & absolutely picturesque. It makes a beautiful backdrop for photographs. Then at night its just as beautiful with the lights and makes a great background for the reception.

The food was impeccable & just plain phenomenal! Everything from taste to variety to presentation of the Hors d'oeuvres & 3 course meal was heavenly! Everyone could not stop talking about the food! We even had trays passed around at midnight of fries, mini burgers & milk shake shots and they were out of this world! The mini burger sliders are highly recommended! Even my vendors were excited for them!

Toby Lent, the Director of Catering, was an absolute Godsend! He was meticulous, detail conscious & an absolute comfort to work with. His main concern was us and our happiness and that we got what we wanted at all times. He managed everything and solved all my problems so quickly that I didn't have time to panic. I am grateful I had him by my side during such a hectic and stressful time. He checked up on us constantly and was there whenever we needed anything. He never sends an assistant or another staff member to take care of anything - he's always there himself with a smile on his face and a big comforting hug to calm me down. He even fluffed my dress and fixed my veil and gave me a couple of comforting words before I walked down the aisle. That was an added touch that wasn't expected of him, but that is what Casa Del Mar provides - the unexpected beauty, romance & service at the most unexpected times.

The prices may turn people away, but this is a special day and you get what you pay for so I advocate to pay more to get the special service and attention you deserve on your special day. They manage to make you feel like the most important & special bride to ever walk through their doors. I sincerely believe that every bride should be a Casa Bride!!
