Hope did a fantastic job on our cake. There was a minor flaw in the delivery of the cake, but it was the first time it had ever happened to her. She was very professional about it and gave us a very generous refund for the mishap. She was extremely professional and very nice. She catered to my Sunday wedding which was great. She had a wide variety of flavors. Our cake had 3 different flavors: Raspberry (white cake with fresh raspberries mixed in) with buttercream filling, white chocolate cake with a white chocolate mousse filling, and the best one (and our largest tier) mint chocolate chip cake with milk chocolate ganache filling. Best cake ever!! And we have tons left over. She really did a fantastic job, I would recommend her any day! :)

Hope gave me exactly what I wanted and we only met once. (She is wonderful at communicating through e-mail.)
