I used Rebekah and her team as my month-of coordinator. I cannot PRAISE her enough! I originally intended for a family friend to help me the day of the wedding, but circumstances changed and I had to look for another option. Rebekah was able to help me, at what I felt was the last minute! She helped me in the two weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure I had the plan for the day scheduled out and everything we needed for the venue. I had THREE locations the day of the wedding which can make things very hectic, but not for her and her team. I had to do ZERO thinking the day of the wedding and was simply able to enjoy myself. This is the most important thing when looking for someone to help you the day of. Even different family members commented, "Dang, that lady is everywhere!" I am beyond happy that I decided to hire a wedding planner, and cannot imagine my wedding without Rebekah. Rebekah made all my wedding dreams come true! She understood my vision more than I even did and made everything about my wedding perfect. After about a 10 minute phone call, she knew exactly what I wanted. Our original wedding got cancelled due to covid, so we decided to have a much smaller wedding at my childhood home in Houston. I seriously do not have enough words to describe how amazing Rebekah is. I was a "COVID bride" and had to reschedule my wedding and venue. We booked Rebekah as our Day of Coordinator about 2 months before our big day and I am so thankful We did. She was very responsive and had answers to questions I didn’t think to ask. She was very thorough in our meeting and helped keep us on track. We had a few hiccups with our venue where they wanted to charge us more but she was able to quickly take that burned off my shoulders and negotiate an even better deal than what we had. The other vendors I still needed to book she put together a list of options and reached out to people she had worked with before. She really put me at ease prior to the big day. She was able to help tangle my big Mexican family together which was a feat in and of itself. Her assistants were very nice and attentive as well. The Hopeful Team helped make our big day special!! I had the intimate wedding of my dreams thanks to Rebekah! I had a general idea of what I wanted for my special day (from my Pinterest board) but she exceeded my expectations. I love the attention she gives to details. She didn't make me feel like another client, she made me feel like my wedding was the only thing she had going on due to all the attention she gave it. On my wedding day I was actually able to ENJOY my day and not worry about other things because Rebekah had it all under control. In the end that's what you want on your wedding day! Rebekah , was an absolute blessing! She was beyond helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was happy. She was innovative, patient, kind, and most of all professional and on top of things. She didn't push me to go overboard or do things a certain way, instead she gave me options to choose from, and suggested things I was missing when necessary. She even went out of her way to get vendor estimates to compare prices for me. She did not push me to use any specific vendors for her benefit, which I really appreciated. I didn't have to ever ask her to take initiative on anything! If you want someone who will roll up their sleeves and get the work done, and still look pretty and smiling while doing it - Rebekah is the coordinator for you!

Rebekah helped me with my wedding eight years ago. At that time she helped me as a friend but I knew even then that she had what it takes to become a wedding/event planner. Wow. Rebekah is amazing! She was a life saver. We never thought about getting a day of coordinator but our venue required one, and we are beyond happy we had Rebekah there with us. She was on top of EVERYTHING. Leading up to the day she was always making sure we were on track and always making sure we had everything we needed.
