Victoria was a DREAM to work with as a day of coordinator. I don’t think our day would have gone as smoothly if we didn’t have her helping us out. From making sure all of our decor was set to last minute rain plans, she did it all for us. Her attention to detail was amazing and everything stayed on track. We cannot express in words the incredible work that Victoria put in to execute our amazing wedding day. We hired Victoria for day of wedding coordination, and it was one of the best investments for our wedding. From the very beginning, Victoria was prompt with communication, listened to our wants and needs, provided stellar recs and helped streamline the entire wedding process. She checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything, how planning was coming along and made herself readily available to help in whatever ways we needed. She helped offload items from us to take to the venue, which helped alleviate a lot of stress. She went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations. And our wedding day- more perfect than we could have imagined. She absolutely crushed it and we were in awe when we saw our venue set up. There was never a point on our wedding day where we had questions or concerns about the flow, what was happening or not happening- everything ran so smoothly. She was even ready with a sewing kit when a button fell off the groom’s Tux! As a very organized artist with a clear vision for our wedding, I wasn't sure I wanted to hire a planner. But bringing on Tori for day-of coordination (and some planning consultation) was THE MOVE. Truly. Throughout the (very long, COVID-complicated) planning process, Tori checked in with me regularly. She kept tabs on all the moving parts and kindly asked questions about the things I had overlooked. By our wedding day, Tori knew exactly what needed to happen and executed our celebration with confidence (and no worries on my part). At our brunch the next day, all our guests were raving about Tori and how kind and helpful she was. Look no further: Tori is your girl!

Victoria is, hands down, the best money that we spent on our wedding. She made my skeptical husband a true believer that everyone should hire a wedding planner, because she made the entire process streamlined and stress free. 

We hired Victoria for full service planning and she took our wedding vision and made it into a dream come true. Everything she designed for us was beautiful, from the place settings at dinner, to the custom wood-burned barrel head that she made herself. More so, everything she presented to us was vetted by her prior to us knowing, to ensure it was cost effective and the best option for us.

Victoria herself is extremely personable, professional and flexible. She often responded to emails sent after business hours (well, well after) and was more than willing to meet us in Detroit, Dearborn, Farmington, Plymouth, and Rochester for review meetings because of our schedules. She is highly organized and clearly loves doing this job. She went above and beyond for us - climbing a ladder and installing ceiling hooks with a masonry bit because I "had to have" a hanging arch in our venue - magically appearing 60 steak knives when our rental company forgot them - convincing our venue to CARRY my husband's handicapped uncle up two huge flights of stairs because the elevator went out during cocktail hour.

If you are looking for a planner, an honest friend, and an OG to go to bat for you - then Victoria and Honeybee Events is who you are looking for.

Tori did a wonderful job as our day of wedding coordinator. I am a supremely organized person, so it felt really great to know that Tori had a clear vision of our wedding day and made sure that everything that needed to happen happened. It allowed us to really be able to relax and enjoy our day, and allow our friends and family to fully enjoy the day as well, because Tori was on top of everything, making sure it ran smoothly! She did much more than act as just a day of planner, meeting with us multiple times before our wedding to make sure she had a clear vision of what was happening and to make sure that we were on track with our planning. I would highly recommend hiring Honeybee Events for day of coordination! Making sure that Tori was our point person to coordinate all of the moving pieces on our wedding day truly allowed us to participate in and enjoy our day instead of stressing about the details.

At first, we were unsure if we needed a wedding planner as we wanted to be actively involved in the process, but we are so lucky and grateful to have guidance from Honeybee Events. Tori outlined everything for us, leaving no detail out. She prioritized our questions and top concerns and was very responsive with her answers and/or actions. She was the main contact for all of our vendors and coordinated everything during the wedding day making it stress free for my husband and me. She was especially creative with our overall theme and decor for our wedding including personalized details that my husband and I would have never thought of without her vision. With the help of Tori and her assistant, the wedding weekend was more than we could have ever imagined. Victoria is amazing! She served as our Day of Coordinator but did so much more than day-of assistance. We met multiple times, both in person and virtually, to sort through itineraries and packing lists. She helped inform our last minute decisions as well as kept the entire day moving smoothly. We were on a tight budget and were so blessed to have found Victoria to help us on our wedding day and the weeks prior. Could not recommend her enough!

Victoria was amazing. I really can't sum it up any other way. She was helpful, calm and knowledgable. She was a complete partner from our first conversation all the way through to the end of the wedding. Tori went so above and beyond, I felt extremely supported and that everything was going to be under control.
