My cake was a true work of art, I have never seen anything to beautiful! It was such a shame that we had to cut it up and give it out to the guests. It was 5 tiers, all ivory in color, with frosting roses, grapes, and vines cascading all down the cake. Words cannot describe the attention to detail and perfection of this cake! 2 layers of the cake were classic cheesecake, while the other 3 were Aimee's own "strawberry shortcake" - fantastico! The guests all loved it! Aimee was a pleasure to work with and the cake was delivered on-time and without incident. A very professional job from start to finish!

Fun to work with & generous with the tastings. Lots of great pictures to spark creative ideas. A little hard to get ahold of, but it is to be expected, she is an artist - not hard to get ahold of when it was important. On the expensive side - but totally worth it! Cake was BEAUTIFUL!!! Tasted great too. Everything was perfect & exactly as agreed upon.
