“My goal for every photography session is to tell a story, whether it be about a dog’s lazy day in the sun, a mother’s abounding love for her new baby, or a child discovering the wonderment of life outdoors. Most of all, I love capturing the light in a child’s eyes – both literally and figuratively.”

I have always had a passion for photography. I credit my mother as the influence. She was always taking snapshots of my siblings and me growing up and buying fancy camera equipment, which I played with liberally. After I had my first baby, I bought my own fancy camera and I was hooked.

I have been married for eight years to an engineer and practicing creative chef. Don’t even get me started on his creme brulee. Together, we have two amazing and energetic boys, and our first child of the four legged variety, Bosley the Jack Russell Terror – I mean Terrier. The five of us make a pretty good team.

My passions include good food, good wine, good friends and a good long run. Calmness and kindness are my best virtues and I love to tell stories through photographs.
