They were kind enough to turn around two changes for us so that we could get our rings in time for our ceremony. We purchased simple gold bands (mine 1.5 mm square, his 4.5 mm domed, both 14K rose gold) that are really lovely and well made, and we have our names engraved in them as part of our purchase. Really fantastic customer service and very, very responsive. Highly recommend! We love our rings!

I reached out over HOLDEN’s live chat to ask if they could make a 2mm width wedding band, which wasn’t listed on their site. Andrew reached out immediately and sent me a custom form. I submitted it and payment and got my band 2 weeks later! The band is simple and minimalistic just like I wanted, and so shiny! Great quality, amazing service, and all for a very reasonable price.
