Delicious. We ordered a 6-inch cake in the toasted coconut flavor and cupcakes in Lilikoi and Strawberry Guave. The cake was AMAZING. Super moist and even better then the coconut cupcakes I have had in the same flavor. The cupcakes were also great. Hokulani never disappoints. I was supposed to receive a cupcake tower rental which never showed up the day of the wedding. My planner arranged the cupcakes in a way that I doubt anyone noticed so it wasn't a big deal. I really appreciated that when I called for a refund on the tower that never showed up they didn't give me even the slightest problem and gave me the refund right away.

I will continue to go to Hokulani whenever i am in Hawaii and I will dream about my delicious wedding cake forever!

Of all the bakeries that I researched, this place seemed the most unique. Every bride can have a cake, but a cupcake cake is unique. Hokulani came up because they had just opened up a location in Kaneohe, where I previously lived, at Windward Mall. THEIR CUPCAKES ARE JUST TOTALLY DELISH.

When I bought cupcakes at other places and placed them in the refrigerator to save for the next day, they would dry up. Hokulani cupcakes DO NOT. They are still moist 1-2 days after refrigeration. One of the girls and my sister (who worked for them) said the cupcakes would be best at room temperature, but I wanted to see how the cupcakes would last if my guests wanted to refrigerate them.

Hokulani does rent out tiers for you to use, but my mom bought tiers, so we did not rent. They do charge for delivery (depending on where you are; they start deliveries around 10:00-11:00am, probably because they have to deliver their cupcakes to other locations as well) and for set up (which we did not do because I let my sister do it).

Pamela and Danielle are totally nice and are so communicative! They do email really early in the morning since that's when the baking starts, so this is good for all you morning brides. They do their best to respond to you as quickly as they can. Let them know your order at least 2 weeks in advance and if you're ready to place the order, do so. If not, 1 week is all right to place a order. No contract signed. Just pay full amount within 2 bus days of ordering if rushed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO TRY THEM. There is no deal when buying in bulk, but they do not hike the price just because it's a wedding like most places do. Every penny is worth it!!!

Hokulani catered the cupcakes and cake for our wedding. They were very helpful with the planning, and were very flexible in letting us choose the design for our cake from a google image search. They recreated it exactly. Everybody loved the cupcakes as well. There was a lot of flexibility in the quantities and varieties of cupcakes we could choose.

Absolutely delicious cake and cupcakes!! Our guests loved them so much there was not even one left afterwards.

Stopped at this bakery for cupcakes for my elopement wedding since they had really great reviews on yelp. The selection was limited in the afternoon but I guess that's to be expected for such a popular bakery. We ended up with 3 different flavors and every single one was so delicious. Definitely recommend this place for cupcakes.

If you want Red Velvet cupcakes, this the bakery to go to. I really love this bakery after seeing them on Cupcake Wars on thr Food network. Their red vevlet cupcake is by far the best that I tasted, especially the stuffed red velvet. We chose them to make our cake for our wedding and they did a phenomenal job. We wanted a Cherry Blossom theme design on their red velvet cake and they delivered. I was so happy on how it came out. The staff was very helpful and nice. These cupcakes were delicious! We order five dozen of different flavors for our wedding cake, and they were a smash. We had them delivered to the venue and rented a cupcake stand from them, and everyone couldn't stop talking about how tasty these cupcakes were. We almost ran out because most people were trying multiple flavors!

These folks did a great job at giving us exactly what the bride asked for. They had to deliver the cupcakes and cake and helped us figure out the best time to come so that nothing would melt. They let us put on custom wrappers and they baked everything the day of the wedding. Thanks you.

Hokulani provided not only our wedding cake, but our wedding cupcakes as well. Not surprisingly, everything was absolutely delicious. I sent them sample ideas for what I was hoping my wedding cake would look like, and they made it look like an exact replica! It was perfect. I also really appreciated that even with the wedding located on the North Shore, they still provided delivery service. It made the day so much less stressful. Everything from start to finish was a breeze. You won’t be disappointed!
