My now husband and I went back and forth on hiring a videographer for our wedding day, but finally agreed it would be worth the investment. Spoiler alert: It was!

I had previously worked with Jeremiah of His & Her Films in a professional setting, and saw the care and detail he provided to his clients. I knew he would be the perfect choice for us too! Jeremiah met us for coffee to go over his packages, and we signed the contract on the spot. Jeremiah asked what we were looking for in a videographer and in our wedding video. We gave him some direction, but ultimately gave him creative control!

On our wedding day, Jeremiah and his wife, Giovania, showed up to our venue early to get drone shots. Once we arrived, they were by our side the rest of the day. They brought such a light and fun energy, especially during our couple portraits and family portraits!

We were so excited when we received our wedding video! I think we watched it ten times through. It was eight minutes long! Most videographers in the area provide 3-4 minute videos for the price we paid. An amazing value! Also, it captured our day perfectly - everything from our first look to our handwritten vows to running through the fields on a rainy Saturday to the heartfelt toasts. It was so nice being able to send our video to family and friends who weren't able to attend due to our limited guest count. We received rave reviews from them! Plus, we have a video to look back on and cherish for years to come.

If a picture is worth a thousand words than videography is priceless. Jeremiah and his wife Giovania were AMAZING to work with. While we navigated having a wedding around COVID and the Military they were so supportive and helped us every step of the way. Jeremiah worked wonderfully with my other vendors and helped keep us on time so we were able to capture every second of our magical day. Jeremiah came up with some awesome idea for shots, and I was so impressed by their attention to detail and personalization of our wedding. They felt like family and I cannot rate them high enough. If you are on the fence about booking videography services just do it. Jeremiah and Giovania can find a package that will be right for you! If you want perfection His &Her Films are your go-to. I'm not creative at all and they were able to help create a concept. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Very professional and I would recommend it to everyone that wants great quality work.

Having Jeremiah and Giovania do our videography for our wedding was the best idea ever. Not only did they do an exceptional job at recording the best moments, they also helped us in ways we didn’t imagine they would do, for an example prior to the wedding day he made sure we all were on the same page on where to be positioned and where to look. This helped us immensely because it made us feel comfortable and less worried for the big day. His and Her Films are very patient and loving , they do everything possible for that your wedding day flows smoothly and make sure to capture every special moment possible.

Our experience with His & Her Films was rough from start to finish. We had multiple conversations with each of our vendors ahead of the wedding to discuss what they could do for us and what we wanted from them; we never heard from H&H once after booking them. In fact, I had no idea what time they would be arriving on the day. Our contract says we paid for a full day of coverage but I think they were there for maybe an hour and a half. When they did arrive, they interrupted our wonderful photographer (who did have a schedule that she reviewed with us several times). They launched a drone at one point, which we had to tell them to take down because we didn't want that. Their vibe seemed to be to create a video for social media clips rather than trying to document our wedding day.

After the wedding, the communication issues continued. Our contract said that the video would be completed between two weeks and two months after the wedding date. Suffice it to say, we heard nothing from them during this time. We emailed them, called them, and had our wedding planner try to track them down - nothing. After four months, I finally suggested that my wife try direct messaging them on social media. Within minutes, we got a response: "no problem, we'll send your video tomorrow." We did get the video the next day (Were they just sitting on it that whole time? Did they forget that we paid them for services that they barely performed for us? Did we just have to find the magic formula to contact them?) and it was trash. The video was really tight on us, ignoring the beautiful venue we picked out. The original video had music over our vows (they later sent an update). They missed our first reading completely. The only (and I mean the only) thing they did that I couldn't have done myself was mic us up, which was actually good because our DJ's microphone cut out for most of the ceremony.

I say all of this to give you a full picture of what you would get if you decide to book with H&H. We were lucky that videography was low on our priority list of vendors so it wasn't a huge deal to us that we got so little from them. I have no ill will towards H&H but hope that if they are to continue with their business, they take their responsibility to their clients more seriously.

I got married in October and I have not heard from Jeremiah since the wedding day. I have reached out via email, phone calls, and Instagram DM's. He came to the wedding and seemed very professional and excited about being part of our day, but it has been a nightmare since. We paid in full and tipped 20% on top of that and have not received our video or any explanation. I even told him we would be disputing the charge, as well as potentially seeking legal action and I still have not gotten a response. I truly believe all the positive reviews about this company were made by him under different names or friends.

I searched court records and Jeremiah has been taken to court by multiple major credit card companies for large amounts of debt. I think he is using this "business" as a scam to get access to money to pay things off. Please avoid them at all costs.

Booking this company as our videographer was out biggest mistake. They were incredibly hard to get in contact with, lied to us over and over again. It took over almost 5 months to receive a video that was nothing like what we asked for. It looked like they had edited it overnight. They will never answer a phone call and have now ghosted me for over 2 months. They truly do not care about their clients at all. We are so extremely disappointed that we put any trust in them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Stay away. Stay away. These people will give you a run for your money and then deliver you a product that looks nothing like what they are advertising on this website. It is nothing but false hope and promises with them. Especially Jeremiah. To make a long story not so long, we got married in September and things went great, it was after the wedding where it was nearly impossible to get ahold of them, and even to the point where other brides and grooms were reaching out to us on social media that brought it to our attention, they had been late on so many projects and was delivering horrible content to these customers. My video was of course late and overdue according to the contract, thankfully I wasn’t like the other bride who hadn’t received her video for almost double my late time. I of course could only reach out to them on social media only to get the same response the other brides did about their editor being late or not doing the job right, they also claimed to have gotten a new phone and the numbers didn’t save…. Which has nothing to do with responding to tons of emails and texts.. with all that, we read the contract and it stated if we were displeased with some film they are willing to help fix it and after many attempts to get that going, they blocked me off of Instagram Go figure …. The work they are advertising online is NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING like what me and many other brides received. It was nonsense put together with music playing in the back. Not one vow could be heard or one speech. My warning to all you other lovely brides and grooms to be is to turn away and do your research, get on their page and ask people who have worked with them how things went and they can tell you. Not these false reviews that drove us to hire them. I hope this never happens to another bride and groom and all of you spend the right time with someone who truly cares about your big day.
