With 9+ years of wedding (and corporate) catering experience, we make sure to leave the bride & groom worry-free and make sure every guest leaves with "heaven on a stick."

How is HipPOPs a unique experience?! Simple, its all in our interactive 3-Step Process! Each guest can completely customize their own little piece of "heaven on-a-stick" by these 3 simple steps:

1. Pick you POP (Gelato or Sorbet)
   • Gelato (gluten-free) flavors include:
     • A deicious Pistachio (Most-Award won favor!)
     • Oreo (Best-Selling flavor)
     • A mouth-watering Salted Caramel Brulee gelato
     • Some of the classics like Vanilla Bean (made with real vanilla bean), Belgian Chocolate or one-of-a-kind Mint Chocolate Chip.
   • Sorbet (dairy-free) flavors include:
     • A flavor PACKED Mango
     • Raspberry Lychee (one that will keep you taste-buds bouncing
     • Strawberry (an all-time best-seler and go-to)
     • Passion Fruit that is tropically tart and sweet at the same time)
2. Pick your DIP (Choose from our line of Signature Belgian Chocolates: dairy-free option available)
3. Pick you TOPPING
   • Choose from 10 PREMUIM Toppings that include:
     • Caramelized Hazelnuts,
     • Roasted & Salted Pistachios
     • Shredded Coconut
     • OR more classic toppings like Rainbow Sprinkles and Oreo Crumbles

As for our ingredients: HipPOPs uses only a handful of natural and high-quality ingredients in every bar, allowing us to cater to any dietary restriction.

We make sure to arrive to any wedding in style, either in our wedding color-coordinated POPtruck (ALWAYS a memorable experience to hang by the truck for a few min and step back in time to enjoy gelato on a stick like you were 10 years-old again), or our ultra-versatile Gelato Bar/ Table Service. We can deliver a memorable experience to any wedding; large or small!
